i don't get along with my mom's mom she's just a horrible person, in which i mean she didn't raise anyof her kids, doesn't have the martenel insnict, but my daughters second birthday is in a week adn my mom is hurt that i'm not inviting her to the party, i didn't invit her last year eitther b/c she has done nothing but hurt the people that i love and care about most especially my mom's step mom, who i'm closer with then anybody, she preety much raised me b/c my mom worked all the time she loves my daughter more than life it's self, would you give in and invite the she-devil or not

i'm 22 expected me and my husbands second child,i havn't really spoke with my real father in years but now my baby brother is living with him, this man beat on my mother was and still is an alcholic,and he used to call and threaten to kill us up until the time i was 14,when i got married my stepfather (the man i call dad,and my kids call poppy) walked me down the asile,when i was younger we never got along, and now he is very protective over me,but my "real" dad wants to see his grandaughter i don't think i can put myself my daughter or unborn son in a siutaion that could turn bad at anytime. waht would you do, tell him to bleep off or give in

My dad's family is having a reunion in July in Alabama (I live in Illinois). My grandma let it get out around the family that my bf is a "white boy". He and I were going to go together so he could meet that side of my family (he met mom's side), but that was before they knew he's not black. Also, we were supposed to get a ride down there with my uncle that lives here, but suddenly he doesn't have room in his van for us.... Oh, and Uncle Hypocrit was tripping b/c my bf isn't Christian. Anyway, I don't care what they think since I just met them 1 year ago, but should my guy and I just fly down there on our own and deal? Or should I blow them off and stay in IL with my mom's side who's 100% supportive of our relationship? I'm not going by myself if he's not welcome.... (We are very serious and thinking of marrying next year.)

My m-i-l always invites the family over & we can only use so many excuses before we run out of them & HAVE to go. She guilted my hubby into coming over last week & I had to vacuum the floor because it was covered in debris (hay, dirt etc). Her kitchen is nasty: piles of dirt & onion skins all over, a 30 gallon trash can that's ALWAYS full, counter covered in dirty dishes & eggshells. She has pets so there is hair all over & chickens outside that she lets roam free (if they come inside she thinks it's cute). Who knows when the bathroom was cleaned last. I've never seen the master bath, but my hubby says that she uses the shower to store potatoes & there's a huge pile of rotting onions on the floor. Summer is even worse because of flys and gnats. I know it's HER house & her choice to live that way, but it's gross. We HATE going there but always get guilt tripped into it. (My b-i-l & his wife feel the same) How do we nicely tell her that we aren't going there until she cleans her house??

OKay so 4 some of u low class citizens this probably aent even a problem but I care about her n dont want her to **** up her life. She is a good kid and plays a lot of sports n is really good at them. But her life has been hard lately n i think she is just starting to lose it. I dont want to telll my dad because i think she can still be helped w/o getting her in major trouble but what should i do?

P.S. I was not snooping in her room i was in there to get a purse of mine she borrwed.

he is like total mr cowboy and he drinks a lot. i am like the mr computer person and im 20 years younger than him.

plus he says he's gonna pay me back like $250 he owes me.

...so any way i see it this could be very akward. but i cant really afford a hotel room.

any ideas on how to make this less akward?

" my mom was sopposed to just check her e-mail. But instead of that: she's messing with taylor!!MAN!! I swaer if she wouldn't have been even thinking of him then he wouldn't be mouthing off to her!! AND!! I understand why he did!!
But my moms always in my life , riuneing it and UGH!! I can't think of it anymore.....what do I do!??

My brother who lives in New York recently got married on a bahamas island and i feel he is angry with me and my husband because we did not come to his wedding. I could not come for 3 reasons: 1) it was so far away from London 2) my kids are at school and I could not get someone to look after them for a few days 3) i would have been too worried and anxious to leave them on their own (without mum and dad). What is something had happened to us?

My brother ignores me and does not reply to my emails.

What could i say to him to make him understand that it was difficult for us to come?

My husband's birthday is this weekend, I am so stumped as to what to get him! He's not into video games or electronics, he has pretty much everything he needs. I've gotten him clothes before, so I don't want to do that again, and he has tons of cologne...

The thing that is freaking me out isn't am I or am I not.. it is if I am it is my ex boyfriends who my whole family hates... I am just worried that they will treat my child different because of who the father is. I think that is why I am taking my time finding out for sure.. If I am pregnant should I lie to them & tell them I don't know who the father is & look like a $lut or should I tell them the truth & deal with the constant comments & rude remarks for the rest of my life & my childs?
