i would say that you lose your virginity when you are old enough to even understand what you are doing. lots and lots of children experiment, its well documented and as a parent we are taught to never make our children feel ashamed. they are taught to respect other peoples bodies but children often just want to explore.
i would say that you are experiencing other problems as a result of this, there are places to phone and people to talk to. a doctor would be able to set your mind at rest as i personally do not believe that a boy of that age would have the strength or size to break your hymen - its not just a bit of tissue, and it took some going before mine broke. i dont think that children would be capable of that. in any case it has perhaps grown back and sex between cousins is not illegal.
the key is not to feel ashamed of this. many children do it, its normal for them to have questions,
and to be honest - there are far worse people out there in the world today. have a chat with a doctor or at a clinic - they are very nice supportive people - get it out of your system and then move on with your life. lose your virginity to someone that you love and respect - not a bit of curiosity between children

Don't you listen to all those tight-lipped folk. You did nothing wrong because you knew no different - kids explore things all the time at that age and it's quite normal to have sexual feelings - perhaps semi-sexual feelings would be a better description. The important thing is that you were both the same age and both innocent. If he had been older, that might have been different.
Can you say that because a girl goes horse-riding (for example) and breaks the hymen that she has lost her virginity?
I do wonder, though, if later on your mind has not embroidered what happened a bit. I don't suppose you have discussed it with your cousin since - he might remember it differently.
