Lighten her load and change the routine the family is following. She needs a break and has given up on things. Women get tired of the same old stuff and daily routine. Perhaps she is reaching the point in life that the good times are mostly memories and the future does not look very promising. Check how close the two of you have gotten to the plans you made as young lover's. Se if there is not something that can get you both to a more fulfilled stage. Realize she is losing her firm body and the old hair is turning, the wardrobe may be getting really out of date and the only thing growing are the bills. that is not very inviting. She needs attention and diversion from the same old stuff.

IF you are sure that she is not unhappy with yawls sex life, the kid you might want to stop and think of how old is she? she might be starting to go through THE CHANGE. females are going through the change at much younger ages. My mother started going through the change when she was 27. ya. Or maybe things have just become to regular for her. does she work or is she a stay at home mom. You might be able to find out what is going on with her if you just listen to her. Just have a quiet time for the two of you and just ask her and then just let her talk to you.

Maybe she's going thur the change. It's probably a mood she's in. I get frustrated alot with family!
Women feel like they have to take control of the home and make everything perfect. Life isn't always perfect. She's just beating her self up! Give her some time along to do something for herself. She should snap out of it. If not it maybe some kind of depression and she needs to get to the doctor.

Sounds like depression or the onset of menopause. Either way she needs to see the doctor. Go with her for support if she wants you. If she says she doesn't care if you go or not then GO. Just seeing your concern for her health could help. Sometimes a woman does and does and does so much til she feels like she is melting. A strong ,loving, protecting arm is so welcome. We might not say it right at the moment but we feel it. A man that is sensitive to his wife and really knows her can tell when she is on the line. Sorry womens lib, but I love my strong man.

You didn't say how old she is, if between the ages of 40 and up she might be going into menopause. Hormones run ramped and by all means get her to a doctor, depression is nothing to fool with.

depression is a natural killer in women and if it is not treasted now it gets worst and comlicates family life even more to the point you could end up in divorce seek medical help, start to show affection towards her and tell her you love her and want to make her world bright again, try to pamper her with simple things like massages and lots of kisses and cuddles foot rubs and try to get her to see a doctor

is your wife suffering from clinical depression? has she seen a dr or a therapist? help your wife to help herself and if she refuses to do anything to make herself happier then there isn't much you can do except take care of you and the kids.
