SHOLD women go topless?
okay this past summer I was im MY yard with a guy friend and we had been in the pool so we BOTH were topless and a cop came or someone called him idk which but he gave me a ticket for indescent exposure and we both were topless I eventually got him to throw out the ticket but still it didnt seem right do you think women should be allowed to go topless also

My fiance and I have been together for 10 yrs and have an almost 2 year old son. We've been fighting a lot lately and have had many ups and downs in our relationship. I'm actually always threatening to leave him and have said some horrible things to him during fights. Even though I know we've been fighting... I was totally caught off guard when he told me last night that he doesn't want to be together anymore. He says it's not healthy for our son to be around the fighting and that he has to leave for his own self-respect.

I have many regrets. Despite the fact that I'm always saying I want to end things I've always been afraid of HIM abandoning me.

Now he says he's willing to continue supporting me for the next 3 yrs while I continue school. And when I ask him what's going on he just says "nothings changing" and to not think so much. He also says he'll hang out with my son and I tomorrow. Do you think there's a chance to make things better? What should I do? I'm distraught.

I've been dating a guy for seven months. It wasn't officially commited but he told me that I was the only person he was seeing. However, for the past few weeks gradually he's been acting strange, I just chalked it up to stress cause he said that things with us were fine, but I could sense that something was different.

The final straw came on saturday, I called him to ask if I could bring him his Christmas present by the house and he didn't pick up. I left a voicemail about it yet he never responded or acknowleged it in any way. He went back home for the Holiday on monday and won't be back till after new years so i won't see him for a while and I don't dare call him while he's visiting his family. The only contact I had from him all Christmas was a text but it looked like it could be a mass text.

Please give me some guidance, I am crushed and at a loss for what to do, I don't just want to give up. Should I even try to talk to him about it when he gets back?

My b/f works extremely odd hours. He is on-call so he is asked to come in at any time as long as he has an 8hr break in between. Well, the situation is i needed his help moving, i don't know many ppl in this city. the one other person that i am close to is a male friend who i am distancing myself from b/c he actually likes me. I ended up moving by myself lifted heavy boxes, to include a 42 in TV. i am deeply hurt that he did not take off work to help me...he should have been there for me. Am i wrong to break up with him????

i recently met a nice guy through some mutual friends. he just moved to my area and he's a real southern gentleman! i think i could potentially really like this guy. the thing is, i have a girl friend who he met first and went on a date or so with her. he kissed her one time and may have feelings for her. normally, i would stand down and be happy for a friend to have met a nice guy. but i do think he has interest in me... he calls and texts me and asks me to hang with him. if i really put in the effort, i think i could snatch him!

so what should i do? the other girl is really a friend of my friends, so i dont feel any real loyalty to her. and there isnt much going on between the two anyway. who thinks i should back down or should i go for it?! i recently became single again after a nasty breakup and have been searching for a guy to really like! yes or no!?

There's this girl that sits behind me in my 1st period class, and I've liked her ever since she's sat behind me. For weeks I didn't talk to her because I was too shy, but eventually I turned around and just said, "Hey, how's it goin ?" because I knew I would get nowhere with her if I didn't speak. I was very nervous when I did, but I did it. I have her screen name, but she is always away, so I have never gotten to talk to her on it. She doesn't have a MySpace. Anyway, I'm sure she knows by now that I like her, but I know she doesn't like me back because people have told me. Is there anything I can do to get her to like me ? I'm on Christmas Break now, so I won't get to talk to her or even see her for a while.

My parents are seriously psychotic
I'm 19 yrs old (20 in 2 months) and have dated my boyfriend for the past 3 and a half yrs.
They still make me ask when I can go and see him, usually say no, and hate his guts because sometimes when I haven't seen him in weeks I will sneak out of the house to see him.
They blame him for picking me up when I sneak out of the house. I have no car and no license b/c they won't allow me 2.
He has been more than nice 2 them, done food shopping and errands for them among other things
I asked to see him 2night and they said no, and said that if I try to sneak out of the house they are going to call the police.
I have never done anything bad in my life no drugs, crazy partying, etc.
They have NO reason to treat me this way, we were going to go to his house to play guitar hero.
This situation is getting worse and worse, what can I do about it?

There's a boy in one of my classes, he's a senior (nearly 18) and I'm a freshman (14 1/2). Anyway, he's super nice, giving me hugs and playing with me when the lesson hasn't started or has finished early (like poking and coming up and tickling me). Sometimes he flirts with me, but other times he's rude and obnoxious. He's not the most attractive person in the world, but neither am I.

He used to like me a lot before we went out but now that he has me it seems like he isn't as interested or anything..he doesn't really call me when we were supposed to have plans and I'm not sure why this is..I'm not needy or clingy. i went to the grocery store 2 weeks ago and bought a christmas tree. the box on the outside said that lights came with it, and they did. here is my dilema iv'e waited over 2 weeks now and the tree wont grow. when i first got it it measured to be 6 ft and i just measured it yesterday on christmas and it was still 6 ft. i dont understand what the problem is. my kids spit at it and i shoot it with a water hose at least once a day, yet still no success. this has caused a big strain on my marraige, my wife doesnt think its very manly that i cant grow a tree and my daughter gets picked on at school because her friends dads tree grows. could it be i have a rudolf type tree. you know the one that is always picked on but in the very end it leads all trees on its way toward tree heaven? advice?

Im 25 years old (male) and engaged to my fianceee who iv been with for around two years but as we get closer to the big day theres something thats really bothering me
Baisically between the ages of 14-17 when i was at boarding school i fooled around (for want of a better word) with one of the guys i shared a room with. Since then nothing like this has ever happened but iv never told anybody about this and so much of me wants to get it off my shoulders and tell her to start married life honestly and everything but on the other hand so much of me dosent want to say any anything for fear of what her reaction might be. Do you think that i should say anything or is it something we could go for the rest of our lives without her ever needing to know?

ok so theres a boy.
he lives like 30 mins away from me.
We met at the fair bc he shows cows and i show llamas..well last year he always smiled at me and we always made eyecontact..
so i tlked to my dad bc he is incharge of 4h and he knows him and his parents. My fiancee and I have issues and we work them out. However we have a issuet that is more constant so I am asking for help.The issue: My fiancee wants to get married this year, we have been together for 5 years, engaged for 1 year. We are in college, I am a graduating senior (May 3rd, 2008) and she is a first semester senior, if things go right she will graduate in the Fall. I am moving in May to my new job, but she wants to get married in april of 08'. I want to wait till April 09' to have time to graduate, get my foot in the door of my job, and a reduction of stress. I want to give her a nice quality wedding that will be fun and rememorable. So I am asking how to break it down so she understands without an attitude. I have already told her straight.

I hadnt contacted an ex friend for months and then sent him a Merry Xmas text even though my buddy said 'don't'

I got nothing back

It's not like I have been bothering him i hadnt text'd him for a very long time but I got a woosh of Xmas spirit and text him anyway

Feel like a fool I realize this is not that serious (ie one text after a month or two) but when I received nothing back I just sit here and wonder what a fool he thinks I am.

I am fixated on it

He was a friend I met several months ago I fell for him and we parted company because he didnt feel the same. I am a little obsessed with him. I am in counseling but even my therapist is getting a bit bored and exasperated with it!!! LOL

there is someone that is bold around women he is stongly attracted to, he definitely doesn't hide his feelings. however, with me it's the exact opposite. he's been giving me hints with the help of his friend actually for two years. doesn't have the courage to come to me and be straightforward. ok, there are some obstacles as to why he may be shy and of course he is not married but i can't go into it now. so my question is, is he not that into me, obviously? i mean, i'm a woman and if i'm in love and fear i might lose someone, i do everything not to. does that make sense. thanx for replies.
