SHOLD women go topless?
okay this past summer I was im MY yard with a guy friend and we had been in the pool so we BOTH were topless and a cop came or someone called him idk which but he gave me a ticket for indescent exposure and we both were topless I eventually got him to throw out the ticket but still it didnt seem right do you think women should be allowed to go topless also

The ticket was thrown because you were behind a privacy fence. (I assume) And what you do on your own property is your business. But take a look around. What faces your yard above the fence? Lot of windows? That's why they called. They were thinking of the kids. Personally I don't care, but I'm an adult male. (Read: "dirty old man")
The laws in the U.S are not relaxed enough for women to go topless anywhere they wish. That goes for breastfeeding too.
Believe or not, up to the 1920's men couldn't either. Just look at movies and pictures of the old bathing suits men and women used to have to wear for "decency" back then.
But, times change and morality laws will too. Maybe someday soon you will get to do as you wish.

I don't think it's against the law to be topless in your own back yard if the neighbors can't see you. You just have to realize that the sight of a woman's breasts is sexually stimulating to a man. Your guy friend doesn't look at your chest the same way you look at his.

if that is what you choose --- and maybe you are in the wrong place --- i cant see the police here coming to give a ticket for topless when the beaches are full of topless ladies ---- have fun

But you were on private property? Can you get a ticket for being topless on your own property? That's strange, I thought they couldn't do that. Unless your neighbours are REALLY conservative and called the cops. Strange... :s

Only if you live in a nudist colonies, save your topless for inside. You don't need to be entertaining the neighbors and their kids.

yes women should so be allowed its so unfair that guys can go around topless especially in the summer and girls have to be roasting in their tops. its really unfair and if your in your own garden its no one elses business what you wear. or dont.
