I am 18 and I know my perception of marriage is distorted because of my upbringing (this is what my close friends say) I've had a tough life no doubt about that, and during all that I started not being able to relate to anyone my age..I think it's because I had to grow up sooner than I should have. I came to the realization that all I want in life is to get married and that is the only thing that will determine my happiness in my mind. I don't care about money, family, friends, career, I don't have anyone close to me family wise..I just simply don't care about anything other than being with that special someone and I just start a loving family of my own. I know this is so wrong and really unhealthy in everyone elses view. but I feel so incomplete when I don't have someone to put my focus on. How can I become happy with life even if my dream of getting married or finding that someone doesn't work out? I will feel like I have no purpouse in life without that..how can I change??

Ilive with my baby momma but we are not in love. As a matter of fact me fight all the time. The only thing we have left is a great sex life

Now I have a better job out of state and they want me to move there. I don't know what to do. Should I go and leave her and my son behind? Or get a house and try it again? Stay living where I am and come home on the weekends?

If you have some good advise plz help.

Ok Long story so bare with me....... My soon to be and I are paying for 1/2 our Wedding! Both parents are helping to paying the other half (give or take a little). Here is the problem....... Mom isnt married to the Guy I indroduce as my stepfather. He has been like a father to me and has been in my life since I was 10. How do you word it when both sets Of parents are contributing and so are we? How do we word it that my parents have to different last name? Is there a proper way? Please helpful answers! I am 20 and going to a community college right now.I am torn about whether I should go away to a larger university and live in a dorm so I can make new friends and get a new atmosphere or to just go to the nearest univeristy and live with my parents...rent free.I have a boyfriend of three years that I plan to marry within the next few years and he would probably go wherever I do but i don't want to live together til we're married.(what's to look forward to then?) Anyway, I haven't made alot of friends at school and there aren't many options at work. I want to have the exciting "college experience" that everyone talks about. But I don't want to waste $30,000 just to get out and make friends when things could be alot easier if I stay at home.And the other thing is that I would feel gulity about leaving my mom. My dad died a few years ago and I don't want her to be lonely.I know i have to leave sometime and start my life, but i still feel bad. Any advice?

my friend had a party and thenmy two best friends waked upstairs. thinking they were "getting away" from the party, i followed cause i was sick of the party too.. so i saw one disapear and i followed, i thought they had seen me and were going to jump out and yell surprise.. WELL SURPRISE.. i came in and they were full on making out like scarily.. "ahem.. im herre" i said. they stopped, blushed, and they explained.. they were just joking..

i dont want to sound creepy.. but i think if i hadnt walked in, they might have gone "all the way"... i know wow..

now, its all awkward. im not sure what to do. i tried confronting them at school AND when they both came over too my house, but they just looked the other way..

i DO NOT want to end the relationship.. but what do i do..

i have just came back from miami when i was on vacation for three weeks, so me and my girlfriend have not had sex for three weeks? so tonight she came over, she was getting undressed ( we were having sex ) and i noticed loads and loads of cuts on her vagina and her booty ( bum what ever )aswell it looked to me like she had rough sex with some other guy when i was away. what could these cuts be, i do not want to say to her like are they cuts on your vagina from having sex when i was away...what else could these cuts bee??????/?

pemy friends and family always call me to do stuff like pay their bills order stuff and do this and that and say its not like you work so i know its not a problem. I dont mind helping people ecspecially when they are computer illiterate but its very stessful for me to do this for everyone at least 5 or 6 people everyday needs something be it look this up look that up like I dont have children at home that keep me busy they just dont sit around and look sweet they are very active. and constantly get on my nerves along with them always asking me for something I am at my wicks end and feel as though im going to explode is it a nice way to say no? I know that if i gently said im busy they would be like for what all you do is sit on your a** all day it aint like you work you got time. so what should i do?

I am 14, and supposed to go with my dad every weekend. I honestly hate him, and enevr want to see him again, but the custody order says I must see him every weekend. He will not reason, or let me skip a week. I don't enjoy the time with him. All we do is fight and the times we don't fight, he ignores me, yet he still wants me to come. I wanto to know, if at 14, I'm allowed to say no, I don't want to go, and not have to. My friend is in the same situation, and she is allowed to stay home, because she is older than 13. Does the same apply for me. I live with my mother.

My uncle has been supporting his three children and their mother for years; however, all these years she has been always asking only for money. She doesn't even ask my uncle if he is okay or getting sick. I know she loves him because they have three children out of wedlock. Not married because my uncle was petitioned by my grandmother before as single. The mother of his children constantly ask for extra money and lied to him.She was also asking money for support from her sister in the U.S.My uncle thought the money was not enough but really it was more than enough. She would cuss my uncle. Recently, my unlce had a problem with his eldest daughter, new to U.S. who wants just to have friends and boyfriend. The mother took side with the daughter. The daughter is rebelious and disrespectful with my uncle, slept in a friend's house or maybe the BF house doesn't call. Let us worry. She just want to do want she wants to do. Mother told daughter that her father is stupid and ignore him.

Boy likes girl. Girl sorta likes boy. =)

Girl is pressured into going out w/ boy. =(

I've been seperated for 2 months and working on a divorce. My husband is precrastinating. I met this wonderful guy on yahoo personal's. We've been dating for 3 weeks. We've fallin in love and now he asked me to move in with him. Are we moving to fast or is there a such thing of moving to fast. Is there a such thing as to how long you need to know someone to be in love or to move in with someone after a previos relationship? Should I wait to the divorce is final. I mean there have been people that's been seperated for years and never got a divorce and live with there significant other. I have a son and he loves my son more then me. We have a great relationship and are very compatible with each other. I want to move in, but my family says I should wait and get to know him more. It's like I already live there because I'm always there. I just hate asking for advice because people tell you what is suppose to be right other then what they would really do if they were in that situation.

When my ex broke up with me I pretty much said hurtful things and cried to him for 3 weeks than I gave up. Looking back I feel like such an idiot. Its not like me to do this type of stuff, but I was so in love with him and reacted immaturely. Okay. We are doing lit circles in English and I have this guy in my group. i didn't really think of him as anything. So he and this other girl go off in a corner and start whispering for like 3 minutes. Then the girl goes "Ooo Ooo Can I Ask Her?!?!" then she rushes over to me and sits down across from me and starts to say something. Then the gut comes over and they start, like, wrestling because he didnt want her to ask me whatever she was going to ask me. He was going "no no please dont say anything!!". then she was like "please!!?!" he goes "no". So they go back into their little corner. i was just like whatever. So then a little later they come back and sit down. 5 mins. later she askes me, "hey are you going to the dance on saturday?" i was just like, "no i cant make it" she's like "okay". I turn back around and I hear her say, "she not going to the dance. i just asked her." And thats when I stopped listening. So wtf is going on? Or is it nothing and I'm just crazy? :]
