If you're 13, go ahead and kiss, but don't make out. At that age, well, boyfriends don't exactly last very long. Don't be giving away all your kisses like that before you're even old enough to really appreciate them.
I know it's annoying when people tell you you're still young, and I know it pissed me off, too, but really - you ARE just barely a teenager. The best choice I'd made back then was to decide (after a few not-so-good b/f experiences) just not to kiss until high school. It saved my butt from several unsavory guys that I was too young to see really weren't after anything but sex.
I mean, if you really like him, a quick peck on the lips isn't going to hurt anybody - totally go for that if you make it past 3 or 4 weeks. But save the making out - it'll help weed out the gross guys from the really quality ones.

It's not slutty. Just make sure you don't go beyond the kissing part. It's pretty easy to start making out, then get 'touchy/feely'. My first kiss was when I was 15....and I feel I was a little naive on relationships then.

I'm very slow in this arena, and I would normally say it's not slutty for an adult. But you are 13 and things tend to move even slower at your age. If it felt right, then it is ok. It's only slutty if you sleep with him when you are this young.

No. It wouldn't be slutty to kiss after two weeks. Make it stop there. 13 is an ok time to have your first kiss. But, it would be unladylike if YOU initiated the kiss. Let him. Let your first kiss be magical! Good luck.

no that's not slutty. i would wait alittle while though. im 13 too and me and my bf waited about 8 months (you don't have to wait THAT long, lol) for our first kiss (it was a first for both of us) and i think waiting those extra months just made it even more special because there was actually feeling in it. good luck and enjoy.. you only get one first kiss! =)

2 weeks, wow, that is not bad at all. I have friends that have done way worse... some have in gotten pregnant during that time. You really do not have to worry about that. That is good that you are taking it slow. Just see what happens later on, you will know what to do when the relationship grows. Good Luck!

no it's not, but just dont go to far with it tho since u are only 13. you need to have boundaries for your age. but its defenitally not slutty after 2 weeks. its pretty much normal lol good luck!

As a parent's point of view, I don't think so. But, I wouldn't go further than that until you really and trully know him and when YOU'RE ready to take it a step further. Good Luck!!!
