Mr. Leon (dads last name) and Ms. Sarabeth (moms last name)
and
Mr. Salvadore (his dads last name) and Ms. Elisa (his moms last name)
request the honour of your presence
at the marriage of their children
Nicole Trenton
and
Victor Charleston
have chosen the first day
of their new life together
as Saturday, the twenty-sixth of April
Two thousand and eight.
You are invited to share in their joy
as they exchange marriage vows
at eleven o'clock in the morning
Oakhurst Country Club
Grove City, OH

or

Mr. Leon (dads last name) and Ms. Sarabeth (moms last name)
Request the honour of your presence
At the marriage of their daughter
mary ann
to
Mr. john smith
son of mr and mrs bobby smith
Saturday, the third of May
Two thousand and eight
at two in the afternoon
Oakwood Glen Clubhouse

Reception Immediately following

But of course with your information

If his parents are still married you can just put mr and mrs john doe or you can leave that line out completely. I think its a nice touch to include the grooms parents names on the invitations.

The wording of the invitation has NOTHING to do with who is paying for the wedding - it simply is respectful and states your relationships. So you go with traditional wording - adapt as to whether you want to include your real dad's name, though... depends whether he has passed away or if they are divorced...
Jane LInda,
daughter of (your dad's name) and Susan White (name of shackup guy)
and
Frank Michael,
son of Les and Melanie Smith

Hi and congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

With all the blended families these days....and with ALL of you contributing towards the wedding....I think in this instance I would word the invitations like this:

Together with their parents
Sarah Jane Johnson
and
Ryan Alan Smith
invite you to celebrate with them
as they exchange wedding vows and
begin their new life together on
[date]
[time]
[place]
[city, state]

There are many other examples on the internet. Simply use Google to search for wedding invitation wording. Good luck!

if you want your parents all named then it depends on if your mum shares her man's last name, and if your dad and spouse are included - if so it would be:

jack and lou smith, along with john and mary dean
invite you to witness the marriage of their daughter
maggie may carter
to
john jacob jones
son of
jack and kate jones
on
saturday february 14 2008
at 11'00 a.m.
at
the best church
princess st
adelaide
========================================
if it is just your mum and her man and your mum uses her own name then it would be

lou carter and jack smith
===============================================
and if it is your mum and her man and your dad and spouse then it would be

lou carter, jack smith, along with john and mary dean
==============================================
sometimes extended families can get confusing, but aren't you lucky to have all these people love you!
if it were me i would simply put
the parents of
maggie may carter and john jacob jones
are pleased to invite you to attend the marriage
of etc.etc..

congrats on your upcoming wedding and may your marriage be filled with love and joy!

Here's something I've seen before:
" Mary Smith and John Doe, together with their families,
request the honor of your presence at their wedding... ."

It's easier than trying to list all the parent's names, and it still includes them.
