he blows me off alot to go hang with his friends but when i call his friends they say he was never there. does that mean he is cheating? please help

"Joe" has had a subpeona for 4 court dates regarding child support. He hasn't come to any dates, but "joe's" father does, and has lied under oath about the whereabouts of "Joe". A witness happened to mention after the last court date that he knows where Joe lives (not where dad said he lived) and Judge overheard. The judge told the person awaiting child support payments she could issue a 'private subpeona' of some sort, and that after that, police could actually be sent to find Joe, instead of just continuing to court subpeona him, only to have him not show up in court again. Obviously Joe is hiding out to avoid payment, and is likely trying to get on Social Security disability to avoid further payment. Has anybody ever heard of this or can shed some light??

ok my husband is goin to Iraq in October, I only get to see him once every couple months cause he's stationed in Kentucky and im in Texas. My boyfriend just proposed to me and we are starting to think about places to have the ceremony. I would like to get married in the Catholic Church. This is okay with him but he is a Southern Baptist. Does anyone know if the Catholic Church will allow someone who isn't Catholic to get married there? He'd rather not convert. I've just starting planning so I will ask my Church but I'd like opinions first. Thank you so much.

had known each other for over a year and a half(basically dating but not offically)
& had been dating seriously for 7 or so months
assume you were fairly conservative, however could honestly see that the two were In Love w/ eachother
would you solely look at the time dating or how they obviously felt about eachother
would you look at the fact that they were both mature adults capable of making their own decision and asking for their blessing due to how they felt about family and respect.
Some intel you may need-
i am 28 she is 26, we are both responsible adults-
I have a good respectable job
I have the same high morals and values that are important to her and her family.
My parents have met her already and Love Her.
I would plan on meeting him and and asking him man to man
Im going to try not to but im guessing i will get emotional, as i always do when talking about our future
what could be done to up the chances when the time to ask comes

I sent him a message on myspace asking him if he wants to get together somethime,he replied right away with yes and then asked where I work because he said he was just being nosey. My ex-husband's birthday is this week. Our divorce was final the end of May. I don't love him as a spouse anymore, but I do still care about him. He still tells me he loves me everytime I see him, and has tried to get me to work things out with him. I want to send him a birthday card because I do still care about him. Is it weird to send an ex-husband a birthday card? Do you think he will get the wrong impression and think that I care about him more and that I might want to get back together with him or will he just see it as a nice gesture? We were separated (not divorced yet) on my birthday and he called me and came up and gave me a gift also. What should I do? Card or no card? If I do send a card, how do I sign it? i met this guy Joe at school (college), we was getting along fine and he really seemed like he liked me a lot. He told me he loved me and that I was beautiful and stuff. Well since the semester is over he went back to his home town and He has found him another girlfriend and hasn't even told me anything about it, I know for sure he has another girlfriend though. Before he left he told me he was gonna miss me so much, and he didnt think he could go all summer without seeing me.... well he is doing just fine without me....Do you think he really could have liked me, but he just wanted someone there to have sex with or something? I have been dating this guy for almost three years. We have a child together. Some of his ex girlfriends have tired to contact him through email and some girls that live near us found his myspace and are contacting him. He don't tell them that he is in a relationship and that he has a kid and he acts like he is single when he is talking to this girls.. I have confronted him about this and he tells me that there is nothing going on that he is just talking to them but his attitude has changed. How can I tell if he is just scared to tell me that it is over or if it is just talking and that is it. I need some help I don't really know what to do. We had talked about marriage awhile back and I started planning things and now he doesn't seem like it really matters to him.

should i follow my heart and go for aaron. or listen to my parents and dont talk to him and stay with my current boyfriend?? my parents found out that i was talking to aaron and didnt approve. but me and aaron went through alot. and there was too many tears and too many times that we had together to forget. we love each other to death and will die for each other. but nobody in the family on both sides want us to talk. my parents dont approve so wont let me talk to him. and even called his parents not to talk to me. my cousin bailed me out and told my mom that i was talking to him for 3 hrs at 12:00am. she got even more mad. i dont know wut the **** his problem is. but the problem that my parents have about aaron is that hes my cousins friend and my cousin warned me not to talk to him that it would cause drama...and hes 15 and im 12....and i started talking to him on myspace and was gonna meet him one day. but i love him to death and he loves me as much as i love him..HELP!

I met this guy and we kind of started flirting w/o really being serious because I've been in a really long relationship with my boyfriend and he has a girlfriend. im 15 and i stay the nite with my guy cousin sometimes
and he invites guys over to spend the nite too while im there
and my aunt, and my grandma, and my other cousin thinks its wrong b/c they think other ppl will think im doin stuff iwth the other guys he invites over

I am beginning to feel a little ignored. My husband is over seas and has been for the last 11 months. We have 2 young children, so lets just say there isn't a dull moment in my life. I am always very busy with the kids. Our youngest is 2 and oldest is 4. I try to keep in touch with family, and I know I could probably do a MUCH better job at making phone calls and such....I'm a big emailer because its so much more convienant for me, so this is my primary way of keeping in touch. However, I find it hard to get around to this because I'm unders o muchstress and I'm sad alot of the times missing my husband and well, you can imagine. My sister in law calls me everyonce in a while, but my b.in law doesn't. I think maybe I'm being a bit paramoid and feel guilty for not keeping lines of communication wide open...but sometimes I think, neither my sister in law nor my brother in law have kids. Am I selfish for thinking that if they cared they would see how we are doing?
