i told him i dont want to talk to him for some of his acts, but then i thought that ITS NOT SO BAD...i can deal with it. So i was the one who called him back... if that bad? is ge gonna think less of me? Dont you think if he really wanted me , he would have called me?

It makes no difference. The real point is whether you called him back because you got scared and insecure or whether you truly had second thoughts and think you were wrong to break it off. If it is the second reason, then you can build a relationship on maturity. If it is the first, then you are not in control of your life at all. You would be ruled by fear.

No you didn't do the right thing. You should have stood by your decision. You are coming off as desperate which to lots of guys means an easy lay. He's going to treat you worse because you don't have any respect for yourself so why should he?

If you brought a broken TV. and Taken it back to the store to be replace. Are you going to the store owner and say I sorry can I have my broken TV back. Never say sorry, He thinks he has you to do anything he wishes

it's not bad... coz you've realized that you can accept him whoever he is...
and that is good for both of you...
and maybe the reason why he didn't call you because you told him that you don't want to speak to him...
be reasonable...
go speak to him and get his opinion....

men lately are so weird, he could be playing games with you, but yes if he wanted you bad enouph he call you first.
