ok my husband is goin to Iraq in October, I only get to see him once every couple months cause he's stationed in Kentucky and im in Texas. I really want to do somethin special for him before he leaves, something fun, romantic and sexy but im all out of ideas. Guys what would you want your wife or girlfriend to do for you. or girls what would you do for your man?

I've been in this exact same situation. The best thing to do is just be with him. Go out to a nice romantic dinner, go to a room, put on something sexy for him, make love all night, cuddle, talk to him, constantly remind him how much you love him, don't show fear, don't talk negatively about the deployment, try to stay positive. It will be an emotional thing, but as long you both stay positive about the separation, you will both be able to leave eachotehr with a strong emotional hold which is very very impotant to a guy in his position.
remember you may not see him for more than about 2 weeks this next year. Make the most of your time together. It's ok to see friends and family too, but the both of you need more time together than with anyone else right now.

Hey, aim for low key. You're making this too complicated. You do have some good ideas already, more than enough. Jet lag is really intense coming from that far away, and as you know the trip can take four days. All I wanted to do when I came home was sleep for the first two days! Even if he doesn't want to sleep, he will want to unwind. So go for something relaxed. The bubble bath and bathrobes will probably go over well - get that in country grit out of your skin and hair! Just order dinner in from somewhere if you can get a place to deliver. Popping balloons are a NO GO unless he has been in a place with absolutely no combat going on.

I think that you two should plan a romantic weekend/vacation (whatever you can get) before he goes...give him some good memories to save for while he is gone.
