My ex lives with his parents, he is 33 ( loser) anyway we broke up before my daughter was born and he never signed the birth certificate. i filed papers to recieve child support and to establish paternity...he never showed up, that was about a month ago. the court ordered him to be served, they went to the house and his mother answered and she refused to take the paers or sign for them. it says on my account they were left at her feet in plain site...my question is what happens next? i have to go back to court on the 31st of july, if he is not there AGAIN will she be responsible and get in trouble? and what is the next step the court will take?

I had a relationship with a guy on the computer. I have never met him and I liked him. Talking to him is easy and fun. He knew what I wanted and the conversations just flowed. He said he wanted to hold me in his arms and be with me forever. He now won't email me back or talk to me. I really liked this guy and even if I never see him I still want to talk to him again.

Me and hubby work together and every time we go home and come back from "lunch" our co-workers are always asking us what we did for lunch.....what da heck.....am I wrong for telling them none of your business??? Or lie about it??

Well, okay, I have friends, (that I am NOTHING like) infact to tell the truth, I feel like I'm babysitting when I'm around them. Alot of them talk like this: Omigosh! I like totally know what you mean!!! Its sooo friggin' time for us all to do something!. I mean, they even put on their myspace that one of their interests were "hot guys". How can that be a interest??? No offense, but I feel my intelligence go down when I talk to them and I went through a stage of acting just like them.. I came out of that shortly... Anyways, they have no real interests or characteristics besides that. I hate it!! I hate talking to them and everything and they don't even have a clue about it. They think I'm there nicest friend, and I am pretty much.. I just get annoyed. Alot of guys like them. I have no idea why. The only reason guys like them I suspect is becuase they think they are an easy target. I hate going over to their houses or any of that. I hate txting them too. Its torture. How do I tell them?

My Boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years. We believe we are both ready to have sex, and are virgins. but I have to admit that I am very scared of it hurting and such. We do hope someday that we get married, but we are eachothers first love and it probably wont be another 4 or 5 years until we do get married. I think that sex will bring us a lot closer to eachother, Ive heard that when you are with the one you love, sex doesn't hurt because it is so passionate. We have done other things, but not sex, and the closer we get to sex, the closer we are getting to eachother. so my questions are, how long does it usualy take for the first time, like, how many hours should you expect this whole first experience to last? and what position is going to be the most passionate, and where is a good place and time for a first time like this?

my STB Ex-husband (as stated in an earlier post today) left me for another woman 2 1/2 months ago and she is now pregnant, possibly with his kid. but he has began to call and text me, spilling out all of his feelings, and confiding in me. a month ago all i got from him was "i hate you, i can't stand to even look at you, i wish i never had to see or hear from you again". we have a 2 y/o daughter together, so that's not possible. but i just dont get it ... if he has this other woman (whom he DOES talk about when confiding in me and telling me how torn and depressed he is), then why isn't he crying (literally) to her and telling her all these things? why is he calling and texting ME? he's telling me all this stuff i never thought he would, but stops short when he gets to "there are things i want that i know i can't have" i ask what they are, and he pauses and sayd "i can't tell you". please, GUYS, give me some insight here? why????

At first I thought that this new system would be good to get rid of the trolls but it has gotten completely out of hand with the continual deleting of answers and "suspension" of accounts.

I have had simple 2-3 word answers like "sorry, no" and "you are wrong" deleted for being "against community guidelines". What the hell is happening here?

I'm 31, married, one kid and one on the way. My dad and I were never close, my parents divorced when I was 2 and I've never lived with my dad. I've always wanted to be close to him and have gone out of my way to spend time with him in the past. I know he loves me, but he's a difficult person to get close to. My dad owned a little beer bar for 10 years and I don't drink but I went there often just to be near him and hope for just 5 minutes of his time. 3 months ago he told me he was tired of the bar business and wanted to sell it. He did ask me not to tell anyone but in my stupid way of thinking, that didn't apply to my mom and I told her. Well, she told someone who told someone and it got back to my dad. He called and literally cussed me out on the phone. Said I betrayed him and he couldn't trust me and generally broke my heart. My mom and I stand to gain nothing from him selling the bar and the only reason he didn't want anyone to know was to avoid a bunch of questions.

How can I convince my mom to let me get an AIM SN so I can talk to my friends and crush online. I'm responsible and its not letting I'm planning to be sitting on the computer all day long. I just want it so I can talk to them when I want to without the hassle of the phone. I've showed her the info and everything so its not like I'm hiding anything from her, she's just very protective. Wife moved out now with her kids (7 y/o and 13 y/o, to where I don’t know two days ago, after I told her I am not driving your 13 y/o son around town at 9: pm as the price of gas is now. She use the car that evening and didn’t put gas in the car, told me she needs my card. I told why u just get the gas while you out, she had money, I told I just pay the bills. You pay for gas and food. She get mad. Her son suppose come home at certain time he late. He doesn’t respect anyone especially his mother, unless he needs something badly. When if you say no, he goes in a rage by slamming kitchen cabinets, hallway doors and also hitting the wall with his fist. Then he starts playing the TV loud. I told I not let a 13 y/o boy run this house. I told him if you don’t like the rules in the house are, get out of the house. I told that in front of my wife. She told me I was wrong to tell him that. I told her this kid not running over me in my house. He does not have respect for my wife or me. She stay home the next day from her temp job, soon I got home she packed her things and left. She told I was wrong to tell a kid that. I told her you told me I am not their father. I can’t punish them. I have an 8 y/o daughter from prior marriage. She just a doll, respects everyone and even to my wife. But my wife thinks I treat her like a princess. I told that what a father suppose to do. I treat her daughter the same way. But my wife doesn’t spend time with her kids. By taking least 30 minutes out of her day, each day to listen what they have to say. They will respect you. She never told her kids about her spending problem (checks bouncing) every week. Her complaints every week is the bank fault. I told her, she needs to budget and we make it; I never had a money issue until my wife. I told her pay a bill on time, she doesn’t. She got a school check; I deposit for her its bounce, she doesn’t know why. Found out she call the school tell them she never got the check and both show up she put one in her account they took the fees she made, and never told me what she did. They put a stop payment one I put in my bank, now I am short in my bank because of her. I told I need her to give me back the money. She said I am not working and no car, I get to you soon as she can. And tell about her son football equipment in my car she wants back. Wants me call my friend about a car for her, she not working, no figure. I really think my wife is bipolar. Should I assist her, give back her son equipment? I know I never get my money back from her. I am seeking a divorce now. She had someone take my belongs while I was at work before?

Our October wedding is coming up and I took charge of mailing the invitations. Roughly 250 invitations needed to be mailed & out of that 175 were in a 50 mile radius.

In an effort to cut wedding costs, I decided to deliver the 175 in the immediate 50 mile radius myself. That is roughly a savings of $72.00 dollars in stamps.

I did not even think to tell my fiancé and just said they were mailed. She then started getting calls from the invitees asking how the invitations got to their mailboxes without a stamp.

I explained the saved money & she blew a gasket. She had start telling the people asking that I self delivered them. She said it is embarrassing this needs to be explained & we come off looking cheap.

Also said some complained I went on their property to their mailbox.

All I did is save a few dollars. Why is my wife so angry?

My wife has kinda decided that she doesn't want to be with me anymore. She says that she has everything she needs from me but doesn't love me like the feels she does.
