I've been noticing for a while now, a man at my kids school constantly stares at me. His son goes to my kids school, and although i've never spoke to him, i used to chat to his ex girlfriend when she used to take their son to school. It's now beginning to make me feel uncomfortable, and I try to avoid the school at times he's there even picking my kids up late. Recently we were at the kids school fete and he was in front of me at one of the stalls. When he walked away I started talking to a friend and caught him staring at me from quite a long way. Why is he making me feel so uncomfortable, and how do I go about sorting this situation out?

my husband and i moved down to fl from mi about a year and a half ago to be closer to my family, they live less than a mile away, we have a two year old son who my parents absolutely adore, well ever since weve moved down here we spend practically every waking moment with my family, i love them and i know they love spending time with my son but i also feel like my husband, my son and i need to have our own family time, but if we dont go over to my parents they get really mad and ask why were trying to keep their grandson from them, we are thinking of moving about an hour away for a better job for myself, when i mentioned it to my mom she said , no i dont think so, im like ummm im an adult and i can do what i want and she told me wed discuss it later, i just dont know what to do, i love my family, i love being close with them but they are driving me crazy, and my husband is getting really fed up with the whole situation, how can i let them know we need our own life without hurting them?

Okay, here's whats up. I met this guy last week named Eric, and we really seemed to hit it off, and we talked about it, and he is very focused on school(he is in his last year at a University), and career, he Dj's part-time at some local hot spots here in town. Well, there was this bartender at my fav. bar in town that had been eyeing me, and the same for me, and last night he was super huggy/kissy with me, and kept leaving his bar to come around when it would slow down. Well, I wasn't exactly the most sober person in the world, and I ended up sleeping with him. I woke up, and I felt like death. My heart just sunk in my chest, and I have been breaking down about it all day. I'm very honest, and cannot keep secrets. I told Eric that I messed with someone, and he is being super distant. What does this mean? I mean, he made it clear that he wanted to take things slow, and that he wanted to just get to know me more first, what do I do? What can I do to make this right? I feel horrible! :(

My fiance and I have been together for 11 years and have 2 kids. Last year I found out that she was cheating, which she denied. We have a lot of history. She has suspected me of messing around when we broke up in '98, but I haven't since, until she went to Florida with the guy in March. I tried to break it off then, go on with my life. She saw that and professed her love and desire to marry me, so I forgave the last year and said ok. We were s'possed to get married last week but she called it off. We had a lot of unresolved issues that needed to be aired (2 abortions we never discussed, distrust, lying, etc.)We had a heart to heart and she told me everything she's done and I did the same. We have 2 kids and she is unemployed, so I support everything. I have a masters and she hasn't completed school, so she feel inadequate. When our family was together for 4th of July weekend, we discussed the relationship between divorce and family size. Everyone agreed that all the marriages we know of that resulted in five or more children are still going strong; whereas, half of our friends and family who opted for no kids, or intentionally limited themselves to having 2 or 3 children, have gone through at least one divorce. I said, “one of the best ways to safeguard a marriage seems to be having as many children as possible.” My wife and daughters chastised me for being ‘sexist’ as soon as the words passed my lips. Am I sexist for believing that having a big family helps a marriage?

My girlfriend is upset with me because I'm going away with the guys to go camping in two weeks. It's my best friend's birthday he's turning 21 so we are headed up to Maine to go camping We are going from the 18th of July - 24th of July.

My girlfriend is upset with me because she planned a trip with her and a bunch of her friends for the 25th-29th of July! She wants me to come and I'm still most likely going to be with my friends.

I'm most likely staying until the 26th, 27th, or 28th and possibly even longer then that!

She's very upset with all of this because she's leaving for a summer class for college August 1st and she wanted to spend time with me before she left for the summer...

Am I being selfish?
why is she so upset?
