Although it must be tempting because it looks easy it could make your life and hers more complicated than it is worth, I would check classifieds such as Craigslist before bagging a married woman at work.

If you do go for it one of you will likely leave the department and/or the company when it goes sour, which most situations like this do.

Heck NO! Not while she is married. you always get caught and her husband could possibly go crazy and do something crazy to you if he found out. If she is flirty, tell her to get a divorce and then maybe you would consider it. Chances are, she is just going thru a stage and will change her mind. Its just a recipe for disaster and you could possibly lose your job over it if you got caught. and you always get caught...sooner or later. then if things get messy and there is a terrible fight, someone finds out, etc. you have to live with it and see her everyday.

My advice would be not to for two reasons.

1. She is your co-worker and sex can make things awkward or downright nasty depending on how things go.

2. She is MARRIED. If she is having issues with her husband, then they need to work things out before you stick your nose, or anything else, in the mix.
