I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Of course, these are all approximations I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, fun-loving, caring, honest, intelligent, down-to-earth

Be real. Looks and sex appeal attracts. Personality keeps. The best partner is one who is friendly and cares and who has a smile. The most important thing is to be honest and up front with people. Be yourself. Over the long run, being your self will attract and keep the best kind of partner. Shallowness eventually repels and sets you up for a player. And being yourself is easier than being artificial.

- tall women are very attractive
-great hair is always a good pint
-beautiful eyes are always help me
-clear skin is a plus
-someone who is a great listener an not just a talker
-someone who can be a great friend and easy to talk to
-tattoos are a big turn off
-kissing a smoker is like kissing an ashtray
