im getting married at september. we been dating for about 5 years now. she is my most prized possession. i love her so much. but amid happiness, im having lots of doubts. "what if" comes to my thought and think about the negatives more often then before. i'm afraid i will be the first one to be "runaway groom". is this normal or should i take some time off and call off the wedding for now?

My brother is dating my other brothers ex-wife who he has a child with. i confronted my brother about this and asked him doesn't it seem sick to you think of your niece she is probably wondering why mommy is kissing uncle daryl he said that it's not nasty they live together as a couple with this little girl am i wrong for thinking this is sick?

i'm curious about the theory that tall men are attracted to short women and vice versa and average size men to average height girls or taller. I heard it was so tall men wouldn't breed giants, and short girls wouldn't breed super short ones....is this true? i seem to see this a lot

Ok, I know that the question sounds completely macho and sexist, but, honestly, it isn't. I'm just starting a relationship with my new girlfriend, and Im definitely not going to be p*ssy whooped. No, im not a crazed-sexist male, and no I don't want to control her, I want us to be parred, and I want to be able to do what I want without being hassled. We just started going out and I've already noticed that she wants to take the lead in the relationship. I dont think that sitting down and talking to her would be the best way to deal with this, because she'll think im crazy and we might end up splitting up. So what should I do?

ok i know this guy and i said to my friend i though he was fit she went and told him. the problem is i see a difference between thinking someone is fit to fancying someone because he may be fit but hes not a very nice person so i dont fancy him. He smirks everytime i see him and he drives me nuts! It really annoys me i cant stop thinking about how much he irrates how do i show i dont fancy him and get him out from under my sjkins??!!!!

My friend is getting married fall of 08 and her Matron of Honor just announced that she is trying to get pregnant now with her second baby. My friend who is getting married is upset that she would plan this before her wedding, she feels she should wait until after her wedding. I was really surprised by her. I know she is concerned about her Matron of Honor finding a dress that will fit her, but I can't believe she wants her to put her life on hold for over a year. What do you think, would you want your Matron of Honor to hold of on any babies during your wedding planning?

I am currently (3 plus yrs) dating a guy....
I have considered getting married to him, one of his many desires...

Though once I start to consider he acts very selfish...

I have 4 teenagers who need my full support, my partner feels that they get to much support....

Sometimes he gets upset with our limited sex, he blames them...

He gets upset when I spend time with my own parents, he dislikes them...

He only wants my time for him and his family....

I love my kids, parents and him....

I dedicate days to him, but when I do, he becomes very obsessive... He feels that me and him need to move away from everything.... He is very insecure and feels a threat by society..... Argues over EVERYTHING and a majority of the time wrong.... I am not Emphasising.

Who is wrong and why?

I am dependent, educated and maintain my family alone...

Should I call it a quites, even though I love him.........

well i am getting married in august.my husband and i have sent out for our passport with our birth certificates, and we never got tthem yet. The worst part is, that was a good 14 weeks ago!!! When i called about the passports, they said that they were backed up. My husband and i need to get our marriage license but we need to know if we need our birth certificates. Thank You.

Does anyone else get slightly irritated with the "how do I know if he likes me" questions? No one knows! We don't know you or this guy. If he likes being around you there's a good chance he likes you...maybe just as a friend, maybe for real, or maybe he just wants some action. The point is...no one knows whether this guy likes you or not. Ask him.

I'm going through a divorce and I was wondering if I can take legal action against my future wife for marriage entrapment. She married me on the notion that she would be invested in the marriage and that it wasn't just about having a wedding. Shortly after returning from our honeymoon she completely cut me off from every part of her life and that lasted for eight months until we refinanced our house and got some equity. For about 4 months she seemed invested, until the money ran out. I found out she had been seeing someone so I filed for divorce. And she has the nerve to tell me, she didn't want to get divorced, that it was my idea (she's manupulititave). Anyway, can I sue her for alimony or something based on the fact that she wanted to lock me into a marriage while she did whatever she wanted to do. She knows I've been divorced once and didn't want to go through another one. And no...I don't know why I married her. Love is blind I suppose.

I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years now. We live togther, have a good relationship with ups and downs. I have always thought of getting married with him, but has anyone here ever felt as though all of a sudden you eyes were open and your lookin down on the situation....you are really thinking twice about it? we have been together for almost 2 years, married only 5 months. At first he was this great loving guy, but now he is verbal and physically abusive. I have told him but he became irate so I am keeping it low. He refuse any help, but really I am tired of TV's being thrown at me & I am tired of hiding my bruises that he leaves me. I kinda feel like I have to line everything up and ESCAPE! I am secretly appling for an apartment, looking for a better job, slowly buying things and storing them either at work or at a friends house and I will have to tell my father and I hope that he puts me on his cell phone account.
Has anyone done this or helped someone get out of a very bad relationship? Is there anything else that I should do? Something that I am forgetting? I am scared and excited at the same time! Any help would be great!
I really have been patient and I am out of options, this is what is best for me and my kids - so please don't tell me tell me to stay

I got married on March 6, 2007. On May 14 we found out I was pregnant, on May 18 I miscarried. 2 week s later we found out that I have a rare blood disorder that cused the miscarriage and now have to take Lovenox injections daily. Since the miscarriage all we do is fight, about everything. We can not seem to find any common ground. I love my husband, but I do not know what to do anymore. Should I throw in the towel and call it quits?

Hello everyone. I've been dating this guy and we have talked about marriage, what the name of our first two child will be (which we plan on having children two years from now), where were going to move to, what type of house we want, we talk about everything together. But I'm leaving to go to Iraq in a month (which I just found this out a week ago). I'm going for a year as a contractor. He's in the military he going to Iraq in January.

I'm scared that he will cheat on me and i dont think I want to be in a relationship while I'm over there. He always assures me that he wouldnt cheat on me.

The time that I've known him he's always been honest except for once. I told him I didnt want he talking to this female anymore cause I knew she liked him and he continued to talk to her behind my back and I found out one day when my phone was dead and I used his phone. It turned into a big agruement and I almost decide to leave him but didnt.
Just wants someones opinion on us staying together
