I am in the process of starting a business. My partner and I have not taken a paycheck in three months, but we are staring to see a return on our investment. To keep tension to a minimum, I told her we had the money, when there really wasn't any. She has compared this to having an affair. Blah, I'm empty

So I am 26 weeks pregnant and recently have been talking to the dad of my baby, and hes been having a rough week because his best friend from high school was just murdered. Well tonight I asked if there was anything i could do to help and he just wanted me to talk to him so i did. Everything seemed normal and then he started talking about us. He said he missed me and wanted to be with me and he loved me so much, and part of me wants to belive him, but when we were together he would verbally abuse me, never took me anywhere, just used me for sex. i dont know what to believe. I told him that for me to be with him he would have to make some major changes and I didn't want to be the one to force him to do that. I would love for him to be a great guy and us to be together especially for our son, but I just dont think he can be a good guy. I just dont know. What should i do?

I have a 14 year old sister (i am older) & she steals my stuff like mad. I know that sibling stealing/borrowing is normal & that it is common for 1 sister to borrow another sisters clothes. However my sister has taken it to an extreme. My parents dont allow locks on bedroom doors, however the stealing has gotten so bad that I was forced to put 1 on. (we each have our own bedrooms) On occations I forget to lock my room for literally 3 minutes & a pair of jeans, makeup, & electronics have already been stolen. I have 3 locking safes about the size of a microwave in my room just incase she finds a way to break in I have a backup. She has found a way to shake the safe so the stuff comes out the side. I have to putt all of my common toiletires such as toothbrushes, deoderant etc in the safes. She uses these for her own use & for threats. what do you suggest i do to & prevent her from further stealing? (we have sent her to counseling, ADD medication & talked to her about it & it doesn't work

He says our sex life has been wonderful and thats why he would never cheat. He says it is the best sex he has ever had in his life and goes on and on about us together in bed.
I admit, I do have a big sex drive, but I do not think he is the best partner I have ever had. He actually seems to be a little naive and timid in the bedroom. He has been married twice.
Do you think this is a story he has whipped up or do you think he is telling the truth?

Well this girl I like or liked (not sure anymore) went out for 3 weeks, we BOTH agreed to spilt up and prehaps get back together. ANYWAYS about a week ago now, her ex-boyfriend (the one before me) added me on msn, so we got to talking etc. "He" said he still liked her etc and "he" asked who I liked and stuff like this, I replied her (the girl who is involved). ANYWAYS, couple of days later I was talking to my best friend and he told me that it was HER posing as HIM and the reason she gave to my friend was because she wanted to know who this other boy talked to. Another friend of mine told me she said her and this other boy are "almost" an item again. I am annoyed because I don't understand what the hell she is doing. I also believe this to be stalker like behaviour. Should I confront her about it? Or...? What do you people think of this whole situation...?

I think that is just plain rude and inconsiderated. I was at his house today and on the counter was the return envelope RSVP for a wedding and reception. He says he told them, so he does not have to return it. I am ashamed and embarrased because I am not sure whether they know I am coming or not. Should I bow out and just forget the whole wedding and reception or how do I take care of this? He is my significant other and his brothers daughter is getting married. The RSVP was to be returned by June 6, and the wedding is next Saturday.

I kicked him out of house a yr ago because I found him talking to his girlfriend on a cell phone that she bought him. They both made a fool out of me (she used to be my friend). After 23 yrs how do you just quit loving your spouse and move on. People have told me if I had had someone on the side like he did none of this hurt would have happened. But I was devoted to him and kept our vows now he is never alone and seems happy even though he did not keep our vows and I am alone and miserable. well, im 17, so this isnt really an adult thing or an immature child scenario.

no big deal i guess, but it sort of is. i liked and still like this guy in my history class. well, he didn't and still doesn't know i ever liked him. he's smart and usually nice, but obviously too popular for me. anyway, all of his friends were around his desk as i walked in class. he looked at me and said "what did you get on the chemistry test?" i said "you say it first." then, i looked away for a second to wave to one of my other friends who walked in and he, out of nowhere, replies, "your not being funny or cool."

i didn't know what to say to that. it seemed like before he always tried to talk to me. now, he just became the world's biggest jerk.

it wasn't embarassing. it just kind of hurt my feelings. i forget what i said back. i think it was "wasn't trying to be anything."

what did i do? i still like him. i dunno why. should i forget about it? i like him though!

high scool sucks.
