i am 13 and i made the varsity foortball cheerleading aquad which is hard to do. my friends think its cool but some people just think its to get attention and try to get the guys. what do you think?

I think you need to stop listening to what others are saying and enjoy your experience as a cheerleader, hey if you become a hot chick and pull guys good for you, if not you'll still be a hot chick having fun.

i am also 13 and made the varsity football squad and @ my school no one really thinks the cheerleaders are there just to get attention from the guys...so if cheerleading is really what u like to do then forget what everyone else thinks

i guess i can't speak from experience or even first-hand knowledge of cheerleaders... but the cheerleaders i know at PSU are into it because they like it and it makes THEM happy
does it make you happy? Or are you doing it for the guys? It really all depends on you. I could guarantee you that there are PLENTY of girls out there who do it for the latter of the two questions.

MOst girls do it for that, but not everyone. I kinda want to be a cheerleader, but only because that seems like the only sportthat would be fun to me. I don't want to do it for guys or popularity or any of that stuff. So no, it doesn't!

YOU know why your a cheerleader. Maybe its to look hot to guys, though the guys dont limit themselves to cheerleaders. Or, maybe your just perky and love doing flips and cheering and the guys are a bonus.

The only reason guys like cheer leaders is because they prance around half naked hon.Thats it.When girls prance around like that(sure the routines are good and the gymnastics are great) but when your upside down and your skirt is revealing your backside thats all the guys care about.They look at you like a sex toy and you are prancing around advertising it hon.This may make you and some parents mad, but I was a 13 yr. old boy once and the guys in school all had raging hormones.The faculties are too (chuckle chuckle lol haha) "EDUCATED" to understand something so simple though.

No offense to you at all, but I stay away from the cheerleaders. They're usually, again no offense, stuck up jerks.

some do it for the guys, but some ACTUALLY LIKES DOING CHEERLEADING. Not for anything else.
