Im a very, very shy person. I want to learn how to no be shy. I always plan to say so much and do so many things, but when it comes to the point of saying and doing things, I just dont do it. I have about no friends because im shy. I just broke up with my gf from after a year and 2 months. She always begged me to talk. She's the only person who really knew who I was inside. We both decided it was best to break up, I thought she deserved someone better than me. I never really called her much and we went out only 2 times cause I was too shy to ask her to go somewhere with me. This break up wanted me to not be shy. I am a really nice guy on the inside, and when men treat girls badly and with disrespect, I hate it. I like to compliment girls and I would like a serious girl, someone whom I can trust. I can only find another gf if im not shy, so what should I do? Sorry for so much writing and thank you!

when my girl of four years left me a month ago I spent weeks trying to get her back.two days ago I told her that i was tired of her crap.then I told her that I was not going to be her puppet any more.now she is calling me alot.I have gone on. its just before she would not even talk to me now she calls me three times a day.

this has been quite a while now i am not sleeping properly and constantly think about it, i have been to the doctor and was given anti-depressants but they made me dizzy and generally felt awful so i stopped taking them and the doc didnt offer anything else and now i have debts to pay back to the council because they misjudged my housing and rent benefit so i have to pay it back even though its their incompetence thats caused it and my daughters b'day is in 3 weeks and i promised her a party before these debts came to me, so how on earth am i going to manage it? if there is anybody rich reading this would you like to donate a few pound to my daughters party fund? lol

theres this guy in my class who keeps staring at me . he even sits behind me in class just to stare at me . initially i ignored him but later wen i couldnt take it anymore , i started giving him angry looks only to find that he continued to stare at me shamelessly .
one day i was alone at the bus stand . the whole area at that time was DESERTED ! . there wasnt even a vehicle in the road . then he arrived at the scene . it was just him & me there .
as he came closer , i became scared but did not show any signs of fear . i made eye contact only once and saw that he was giving me that dirty look again . i gathered the courage to give him one very angry look . to my surprise , i found that his expression changed--- he became a bit scared or was he sad i dunno , he simply walked away with his head down
now he avoids me , even wen i try to start a convo he just keeps quite, he stares at me only wen i talk to other guys
wats up with this guy ??

First of all if you have nothing nice to say dont answer a question. And before I start dont assume you know all of the situation. I have never been in a postion where I have been the one feeling like I am breaking someones heart. I was in a two year relationship that recently ended. He had a drug problem he overcome I was unfaithful because I didnt want to leave him but I was hurt by his previous drug issues. It dosnt mean I didnt love him no matter what anyone thinks. We broke up 3 weeks ago and I still want to be close with him but he is telling me he is holding out hope for us and he still loves me. I dont know if we will ever get back together or not and I dont want to give him a false sense of hope. He asked me out on a date and is willing to do nething he has to to show me he loves me. I have been tied down in a relationship for the past 14 years of my love and I am only 30. He asked me out on a date tomorrow and I told him yes. I want to be able to date and not hurt him.

My boyfriend was wanting to get a divorce from his first ex-wife then she decided to get pregnant, so they divorced after it was born. Anyways, he gets the kid 12-15 days a month (50% of the time). The kid has its room (which she doesn't use b/c she sleeps with my BF) and a bike and everything. Clothes and food provided to her . He also pays the mother $250 month plus copays. But she calls him asking for more and more money every week for something. The kid is in a lot of activities that requires money. The mother is poor, but spends money like it is growing on trees and feels that my BF should pay for half everything, but he already has with the $250/month. He has the kid in his care as much as she does so I don't think she needs to be complaining and be happy and not bother him in this way. I just feel like she has it to easy because the mother has the kid half the time and gets $250 and still wanting more. She only has the kid maybe 4 more days than he does. Is this really fair?

I was pumping breastmilk when my mother in law sat next to me and pulled my shirt up over both my breasts.This was not welcome!She violated my privacy...when she saw I was uncomfy she says,"If you dont want me to look at your t*tties,you can say so." I had them covered!!....I no longer feel comfortable talking to her..she lives out of town..so we don't see her often,but I don't want to be around her anymore either.Hubby says if we comfront her she'll just throw a temper tantrum..but I think that's why she did this so boldly..because she knew we wouldn't say anything because of her anger problem.I feel violated..it's been almost a month and I'm still bothered by it..What should I do?

Ok well I used to like my guy friend (J) but now I'm starting to like my other guy friend (D)...I always thought J liked me but I was never sure...but after my friend asked him out and he said yes then I thought I was jumping to conclusions way too fast...A couple days ago D and I started e-mailing eachother and he has become extremelly nice to me...yesterday my friend asked me if I liked D infront of J (didn't didn't hear her asking)and I said no (because she always tells everybody) but ever since then J always flirts with me when I'm with him or when he walks past me in the hall and is nice to me all the time...but I just don't like him as much as I did before...in the meantime me and D keep e-mailing eachother and I feel like he's the only person I can have a "smart" conversation with w/o feeling "overly" smart...so I don't know what to do...please help
