Hi,

My girlfriend liked a bloke she met months ago. She told me she didn't and they were not in touch, but I found out he was sending her dirty texts - we had a big row and she promised it would all stop, as she said she didn't fancy him anyway - this was 8 months ago.

On thursday she was away overnight and got him to come to the hotel, and you can guess the rest. She's been in touch with him for months, but something only happened this once. She says she doesn't know why she did it, he was rubbish, and she just wanted to do it once to see what it was like. She's apologised, as has he (apparently he thought she was single), and said she'll do anything to make us work.

Do I trust her, as everyone is allowed a mistake, or shall I bin her based on the fact that she appears to have a history of lying to me about this guy. Would you giver her another chance - bear in mind I do love her, but I'm not going to be walked over any more.

Opinions please, I need some help.

My husband and I both feel like we do the majority of the work taking care of the house. How do other couples divide up housework so that it's more even? We try things like whoever does not cook does dishes, but my husband will 'do the dishes' still leaving 1 or 2 things on the counter, not wipe down the stove or counter or sink and I end up cleaning up after his cleaning. I've never seen him clean a toilet in his life even when he claims to have 'cleaned the bathroom'. I suppose I should feel grateful for the bit he does, but I end up just feeling like I have to 'finish' everything. I even tried once for a week only picking up after myself to see how long it took him for his messes around the house to make him crazy, he didn't notice so after a week I ended up cleaning everything again. We've tried talking about this but like I said he claims he feels like he already does all the work. . what do we do?

Why do so many women seek out their "single" girflfriends for advice about relationships. Wouldn't it make much more sense if they were to get advice from married friends (those who have successful relationships)? I can tell from the way my g-friend acts that she has been chatting with one of her friends....she usually acts very unreasonable and stupid. However, when she has been chatting with the spouses of our married friends she is reall cool. What can I say to her to get her to see this?

cause if you become mad at her...he will only persue knowing her more...and then they will end up ditching you.

I have been seeing a guy and at the moment we are not in the same town. he has had to tell me that he has found someone else, as she has read stuff that we have sent to each other. I guess not. i keep ignoring girls( meaning, ignoring with my eyes) because i'm kind of depressed about girls. I'm a quiet (really quiet)person and most american and even mexican american girls just like the life of the party kind of guys. I'm latino by the way.

Anyways, i never make eyes contact.. and if i see a girl.. i just turn around, turn my head down. or my eyes away. So there's never an eye connection.

Impossible that someone may be attracted? I guess it is.. cause i keep hearing they llike confidence. which means they do only like the life of the party guys after all.

I was butt buddies with this guy four years ago but we are still friends (and if i want i can still call for the butt) but i don't...so my friend sees him on my friend's list and says he is fine and remember the stories i've told about him...so i go to her house and she is on the computer with him (she wrote him first)...so she tells him that i am there and i start talking to him on instant messenger since i haven't spoken to him in a minute...i've known this girl since 7th grade....SO
1. should i be more upset than what i am...i think they are two grown people (me and the guy never had a relationship)...but i was surprised when i saw that she was talking to him
2. Is she really my friend...he asked me if it was cool and said if i didn't want him to speak to her anymore he would stop the conversation...she has yet to ask me

I have one major fear that is consuming me: the fear of being alone forever. I have been with girls before, but as of late...I just can't see myself being with anyone....I feel like I'm just going to die all by myself, never get married or even have kids. I am 17 and I don't know why I feel this way already. Its strange because I do have lots of good friends and a family! I get a sort of sadness feeling across my chest. I like my life and am not suicidal or anything like that, I just.....feel alone. I just want a girl who loves me with all they got and I will love them....I feel thats the only cure for me...but I don't see it happening....I am a confident guy....but this is.....starting to bring me down from the inside....I know this ain't really a question but could you please help me? (btw I ain't askig for an internet relationship lol I don't think they work tbh) Thanks for the help!
