Some of the time they go hand in hand. Well the short answer is have you talked to the person and get along well with them. Can you spend ages talking to them about things and not watch the time. (not saying that this is universal this is just my take :P).

If all your feeling is phisical attraction then its probally just ole fassioned lust :)
