It's easy to just say it... but I can't get him out of my mind... I am obsessed with him. He's the first thing I think of when I wake and before I go to bed. Funny thing is, we have not had sex. We've go to lunch every week or so and have been out to dinner a few times. We've never really talked about "us" as a couple since we know it's not right. I know there are feelings between us. We get our points across "indirectly" an I see he gets jealous if I talk to another man that sort of thing. We can't seem to move on or let go. I want to stop our friendship because it hurts to just be his friend. I've tried a few times but we always end up connecting again. How do I GET OVER THIS MAN WHO CONTROLS MY EVERY THOUGHT? I know it's not fair to the wife, I think about his child........yada yada. Question is does anyone have any suggestions on what I need to do or how I can move on??????????

Ok well he gets a privite tennis leson when I'm in a group at the same time and thats like the only time I really get to see him! my bestfriend is quite good friends with him but we don't really know what to say to him! lol. My mother-in-law and I used to be really tight. After my daughter was born via CSection. I went home about 3 days later to only be home for 2 hours and had to go back to the ER. Well come to find out the Epidural had caused a small bowel obstruction. So I had to remain in the hospital another 4 days. My husband suggested that his mother come get the baby and take her to our home so she wouldnt be at the hospital where she could catch something. Well at the time it seemed like a good idea. Well the mother-in-law stayed with her the 4 days. Ever since then, she insists on calling my daughter "my baby". I came to see "my baby". UGH! She drives me up the wall with that, she is NOT her baby and she needs to stop saying it. I hate it so much that I stopped going to their house unless I have to and I dont even want her around my child. My husband says Im crazy. On her 1st birthday, this neurotic woman was acting like she was the only one there to see my daughter, we had a room full of people.

Hello,

I am trying to find out what steps I ( a Stepfather) need to take to adpot my stepdaught.... I am the only Dad she has ever know... Me and my wife have talked about this for years and want to make that step...why we didnot do it sooner is I have no clue. my mom has been with this guy for about 7 years...last year he left her and went to someone else...it was horrible for me. we fought all the time because she acted like her life was horrible without him and that me and my sister just were not enough for her to live for...i went through alot and just when things got better he came back (i knew he would) now he has left again and im afraid that me and my mom will start fighting again...i have my own life now and i don't spend as much time around the house...she cries but i can't fell sorry for her because i told her that it would happen and not to let him back and she always complained about him and wanted him gone...but i want to help i want to reassure her that everything will be okay but every time i tell her that she snapps out and i don't want to go threw last summer again...i just don't know how to cope with this again it happens every summer and she just lets him come back after his usual 3 month run...i don't know what to do..

My best friend and I have been friends for over 15 years. I have stuck with her through everything! She has been married and divorced and through several men but I always stuck with her. Her mother died of liver disease some years ago. Just before her mother died in Hospice, she asked me to take care of my friend since I was the "only true friend she has ever had". For the last 6 months she has been dating a new guy she met on the Internet whom I can't stand. She says she is happy with him but for many reasons I feel that he is not right for her. I told her it was not my decision. She says that they are getting married. Now, due to recent events, including the fact that my friend and I went out to lunch after he told her not to talk to me, she says that she can not stand any more of the 'drama'. I told her that we may need to stop talking and being friends, however, it is really hard for me since we have been friends so long. Your advice is appreciated.

We have been together since X-mas day. He goes to a private school and plays ball. He lives around 1.5 away from me, but this isnt an issue. At the beginning of our relationship, we used to talk constantly, even when he was all tied up with ball games and school, we always found time to talk at least 2 hours or so. We also had this discussion about being friends cuz he stresses out a lot during ball season, but we ended up together anyway. Since hanging with him again earlier this month ago (hooking up as in spending an entire day together), he starts acting weird. I confronted him about it, and he said he thinks we should just be friends. After being all "i love u" in january, he wants to be friends, cuz it's easier on him for now.I said ok. I told him I'd drive up there in like a week to see 1 of his games and he agreed, last nite i asked him when i should go and he ignores my msg, putting a dent in my planning it out. He's cold!! This is serious: I'm so upset right now because my husband knows exactly what buttons to push to get me to act irrational. I've talk to him calmly many times about this situation and yet everytime we have an argument he resorts to the typical crap that I can't stand. I'm so frustrated it's unbelivable. There is a gal at work that I find interesting, I have spoken to her off and on, not too long of conversation though. We don't work in the same department, so that doesn't help. My ex-boyfirend of nearly 4 years ended it with me3 years ago. The reason he gave was that he 'couldn´t get his head around marriage´. He´s a lot younger than me at 30 and I´m 45. My heart was broken as it was a good relationship.. we lived with each other and had many common interests. When I thought about it, I could understand that perhaps I was at a different stage in my life than him and as he never mistreated me or cheated, I don´t harbour bad feelings for him He went back home a few months after it ended..he's from another country Since then, we´ve been in touch by email/phone now and again and always have very nice chats. I'm also very friendly with his parents now and again by phone as they liked me a lot (he told me). A while back he said that if I didn´t get to visit him he´d have to visit me.Now that´s what he´s planning & wants to do a trip with me. I'd like to meet him but worry about getting hurt again.He hasn't had a real girlfriend since we split.Advice pls?

I have an ex-boyfriend that I really like again. Hello. I'm having my wedding on October 2008 and I can't decide on the colors for my wedding. I would love to have white, silver (light) and pale pink but I don't know if it will go well with a fall wedding. What do you guys think? If you ask a guy if he still loves you and he says yes and then you ask him if he loves this other woman and he says probably, what the crap does that mean? Can you love two women? I really didn't think so. He had to move away for his job and then i ask, well who do you want to be with me or her and he says me, he also tells me that he put a couple of pics of us on his phone. But he says he can't afford to live by himself and he hates her son and says that her kids irritate him so bad. He calls everyday and leaves a message to tell me that he loves me. I just don't know if I can hang on any longer. I love him so very much but I have sat here and waited for a year. You see he had to move away for his job and wanted me to go but i had a child here and could not leave. Now he is trying to get a job closer to here.
