I am in the same situation. Basically, I try to make sure that whenever I think about her, I try to distract myself from that thought. Sometimes I'll force myself to get back to work or remind myself of a TV show on or play a game. Either way, just make sure you try not to think about her. After a couple of weeks, you'll find yourself not thinking about her so much...
But if its meant to be, then you can't fight the feeling.

But if you like dumb girls, I guess that's your thing.
Anyway, if you want to forget about this girl, preoccupy yourself! Join clubs and after-school groups, volunteer, go out with friends, watch TV, read a good book, get a part-time job, etc. Focus on yourself and before you know it you won't even remember what her name is (assuming that you uh.. know what her name is, of course).

ok well first off if you think love is k=just thinking about her all the time your wrong!!! love is chossing the highest best for one, which means that you need to be very close to the person and what you have said about your situation your not in love. second... you say shes beautiful and hot, well thats nice but thats not love, thats your eyes..... and you say shes dumb, which means you really don't love her, no one can love someone they call dumb.... you are in love but u cannot control love, u can only control your feelings. be far from her, dont receive her calls or dont reply her msgs. dont try to go close to her otherwise you will have no control over yourself. last but not least dont let your friends or that girl know this otherwise you will be forced to or will automatically be attracted towards her. and you will reach the extream point where it is impossible to forget her.

I personally think your not in LOVE.......When you love someone you can't turn it off like a light switch...That's an undivine feeling that sometimes is uncontrollable. You may be in lust or may plainly just like her. It's normal to think about someone especially when your not with them. When you fall in love, you won't question it nor will you not want to feel that way about someone, you'll just allow yourself to FEEL.........
