Since it was court order you can do it yourself...it would be called Contempt of Court.

a attorney is the only person because he needs to be taken back to court and made to pay and or have a judge put a lean on his check so a attorney would have to have all that done for you! good luck!

Need to go back to the court that ordered the payment and advise them he is in comtempt of the agreement/order; but the atty will do that.

If it were a custody issue, you could contact the police. Sorry to tell you this but I think if you really want him to pay, you will have to go to court and force the issue....... ex-husbands suck.
