My fiance wants a beach wedding and her brother is a pastor and said that he would do it for free. All he needs is a car for when he flies down here from Michigan and I don't have one. Mine is in the shop and won't be done for a while. I think that a simple court wedding would be cheaper and less stressful, but she insists that she wants a beach wedding with all the family there. I just want something quick and easy. What do you think? Can you help us out? We are consistantly arguing about this.

I'm just confused. Why is it OK for couples to live together for years either before or after getting engaged, and they still have blow out weddings, bride wears white, etc.? Yet it's NOT ok for me to have a wedding of MY dreams (see my previous question post).

Also, why is it OK for divorced men and women to have ANOTHER wedding after they've already been married, once, twice, three times or more?

I like this boy that I saw the other day...He is really tall...Like probably 5 foot 10 or something or maybe a bit taller...I was wearing 2.5 inch heels when I saw him and he still looked very tall...I am only 5 foot close to 5 foot 1...I gues you could say im 5 foot 1...My question is, would we look weird together?? hey everybody! i have this friend who will call bob. any ways it seems that he thinks he is better than everyone. If you say anything, he always needs to doubt it and prove why your wrong and he right. Another thing he does is he is always negative about everything. Like ex: i was telling him that i wanted fried pickles but my man dont like them. so he responded how do u 2 have friends? Okay there's this guy who I think likes me but won't ask me out. Like he'll stare at me and say stuff just to make me laugh or blush and like the other day he was following me around in his car and last year he told me he loved me.And he always makes eye contact with me. But we barely even know each other and we don't even hang out or talk (well we have little conversations sometimes at school but it's about stupid stuff). i am in luv wit a guy who is 29 and i am21.v r in luv 4 six yrs. Despite my best attempts to attract that 'special someone', I have not been able to attract the romantic interests of a girl in nearly three years and, as I tunr 24 today, this is starting to worry me.

Today is my birthday and I was wondering if any of you might have any advice on how I might be able to use this fact to spark a girl’s romantic interest, even if only for an evening.

I plan on going to a club that Friday but do no know how to make girls aware of the fact that it's my birth day without appearing ostentatious or how I might employ it in such a way as to attract their interests.

Also, I live in the DC area and would be open to any suggestions in regards to which bars/clubs would be best for such a celebration.

While I know that it is not the most moral course of action to attempt to find a girl who is interested in a one night "roll in the hay" I have been alone for the past three years and long for companionship, if only for the evening.

I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I like to make people laugh (I used to do stand up comedy. When I ask girls what they look for in a guy they say a sense of humor i have come to realize either that is a lie or just a line they use because if that was true I would have found someone by now. When I go out people say "you would find someone when your looking for them." so then I stay home and people say "well they aren't going to come to you." My best friend has got this stupid boyfriend who keeps breaking up with her then crying his way back into her arms. he keeps telling her all of this stupid crap, first he says that they are not meant to be together and shouldnt talk anymore, then he cries to her about how much he loves her. And! while they were dating, he was talking to a 12 year old! hes 19 and my friend is 17. In the end he left her for the 12 year old but still wanted to mess around with my friend. SO point blank, he wants to have his cake and eat it too and everytime something goes wrong she calls me cryin. been dating my bf for 3 months now.. he's a good man.. hardworking, considerate, generous, calls me evryday to see how am doing, we spend at least 4 days a week doing things together like going to the movies, dinner, shopping etc.... only problem is i haven't been to his house.. when we do make love we go to a nice hotel, but never his house... his excuse is that he has tenants living in his basement and doesn't want them to know his business, then i asked him again yesterday and he said... he doesn't know if this is going to be a longterm relationship, so he isn't comfortable bringing me to his house... but he did say we are moving in the right direction as in starting a business together and travelling together! what do u guys think of this??
