Okay there's this guy who I think likes me but won't ask me out. Like he'll stare at me and say stuff just to make me laugh or blush and like the other day he was following me around in his car and last year he told me he loved me.And he always makes eye contact with me. But we barely even know each other and we don't even hang out or talk (well we have little conversations sometimes at school but it's about stupid stuff). What do I do please help because I really like him and want to go out with him but I'm too shy to ask him out so I'm waiting for him.

I can't really ask him out because I never get to talk to him when he's alone and I'm too shy to ask him when he's with his group of friends and he's popular and I'm not really so it would be really hard to do that.

I think if you feel the same way then you should ask him out....
You shouldn't wait for him because maybe he's shy or is just not sure if you feel the same way that he does.....We live in a new era that we shouldn't have to wait for "boys" or "guys" to make the first move........

Stop waiting, get the nerve up, and ask him out. If he says no, no big deal, at least you're still friends. But if he says YES ... niiiiiiiice.
