Technically speaking he is fair game as long as he is unmarried.
But if he has a girlfriend, he is in a new category: Not Worth The Trouble.

Whether he is married or not does not justify him being fair game or no fair game, that is usually determined on an individual basis. Also depends on your definition of fair game. Although a lot of times women don't use fair game they use plain common sense.

I believe hooking a man who is not married is a fair game ,'cause I am not married.

If he is in a committed relationship then he is not fair game. He might as well be married.

From what I have seen over more than sixty years it does not seem to make any difference if people are married or not.
When the urge is there someone will be willing to satisfy.
Marriage does get very boring.

Are you hunting or dating? Sorry, couldn't resist. Just because he isn't married doesn't mean that he is available. He may have a life you know nothing about, walk softly and be careful of the BIG GAME.

If he has a significant other - he's not fair game. It goes back to the golden rule "do unto others as you would have them do unto you..." If i some girl was all up on my man when she knew he had me- i would be PISSED.

i dont...the man may be in love with the woman that he is with....it is not far to try to take that from them.....
