I met this guy and we are getting close and we have kissed and when he is with me he treats me really nice. But he has been staying at his ex gf's house a couple of times a week yet he is meant to be getting to know me. He has told me about this because he wants me to know. His ex still really likes him. How do I know if he is really interested in me and not just stuffing me around?

I just broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years, and my best friend has been in love (not like, love) with since we met about two years ago. He does not know that I know, but he gets really depressed and confused about if he should tell me that he loves me or not. I don't know if I should let him know that I already know, or just let it run its course. I am not really interested in dating him, but I dont want to lead him on either.

I have been with my man for 5 years.. well, he hadn't mentioned marriage a lot, due to our situations.. well recently he's been bringing it up a lot, sounding excited. However... he has been hiding text messages from me. He won't let me see any of them. He says they are from his best friend.. who is helping him out with something, having to do with me, and it being a surprise. He says I will really like it and if he told me, or let me see the messages.. it would ruin it. He even called his best friend and they talked about it in front of me, saying they are texting each other about the surprise. How do I know they aren't both in on it, and its another woman?

I asked him if it was another girl, and he said "why would I text other girls right in front of you?" things like that.

He has never cheated, and I trust him.. but this sounds weird. Is it another girl, or is it about getting engaged?

Well me and my boyfriend met at a club, so he is now with a club girl. I don't go much now, but anyway is it okay to still go out to dance clubs when in a relationship? There's really no point in going anymore really, unless you're going with your partner. I used to be a dancer and used to dance salsa and sometimes I still want to go out and practice (cuz i dont do it much anymore) when my boyfriend is not around for me to practice with, and its just for good intentions, i dont go out to try to meet guys, i just go to practice and listen to the music. But I feel guilty doing it because I know he doesn't want me dancing with other guys. But its not like I do it all the time, just a few times. Am I wrong for doing this? I Just want an opinion, and like I said I just go to practice salsa, not to go meet guys.
Is it wrong to do this? Is it considered cheating? What do u think?

Ok me and my bf have been going out for 2 months but I sort of stoped likeing him. Today I dumped him on ichat and i feel so guilty. The only reason i broke up with him is because people were putting **** on me and i didn't like him annymore and instead of leading him on i broke it off. Did I do the right thing or was I being selfish

My roommate does this all the time and he tells me it feels really good on his skin so he decided to sleep in them at night.
He does not give me the impression that he's gay though.
He's just different..I guess ??

OKay.. so me and my boyfriend have been seeing each other for a while and he is going through a nasty divorce with his ex in Canada. (He lives here in the states) They have a 16 month old son who lives with the mother in Canada. My boyfriend is going though alot emotionally with this divorce and she gives him alot of problems... but some of the problems aren't just causing him pain.. they are causing me some too.. she does nothing but speak poorly about me and tells me that i can't even thouch their son with a 10 foot pole. I told her that i respect her and her wishes but SHE JUST WON'T STOP!!! what's next? (Matt and I want to start our own family but we are afraid of what she'll do with their son once she finds out)

p.s. please keep in mind that she cheated on him twice and she is the one who asked for a divorce.

Even when I yelled "This is all about you!"
He stood there straight faced and even laughed as we got mad at each other.
My feelings are super hurt at him and I fear this girl now!
Why would he say nothing and then laugh?
He was doing me a favor at the time and even tried to finish helping me. But then somebody stepped in and told him to go on. They helped me the rest of the way.

I know this person who is married, but she met someone else and she thinks she is in love with him. She's got 3 children with her husband and and a few issues in her marriage, but things I think can be worked out. If she tells him how she feels and she wants to see this other man and see how it goes, does this sound like a realistic thing for her to ask? I mean can a married couple "take a break" and then work it out later? She thinks being honest with him about how she feels might make him give her the space she needs to see what she wants. Being her friend I want her to be happy, but I don't want to see her throw away her marriage for something that might not be work it.

I've been feeling that many women have no qualms these days about initiating something with a man who they know is already taken/married. Whereas the average regular guy is more likely to be decent and not fall all over a married woman.
Is there a role reversal happening, with women enjoying the hunt and men becoming the prize, rather than the other way around? Are women losing their conscience? I'd love to have some views on this.

being the oldest of 5 children (17 years old ), and the older brother of a child with ADD and another with downs syndrome, I often find myself at war with my parents. I feel as though I'm the family's scapegoat, and the one to take the blame for everything, also as of late, my rebellious sister has been causing trouble around the house, and again, I feel like I'm on the receiving end of this. Am I wrong to feel this way, and how can I solve this problem (I've tried telling my parents, but they always shrug me off as being manipulative and melodramatic)? And how can i get my dad to be a better father and spend more time with me?
