How old are you? Different answers depending on age.
If you are thirteen then not having "made out" is just routine and really not a good idea. I know you have pressure from peers at this age but it is too soon. At this age you are going through some huge physical changes it is hard enough without mixing in this kind of stuff. Go out and have a good time without complicating your life.
If you seventeen then it is different. Making out is something you gradually work up to. You don't just start grabbing. Believe me, despite what they say, friends brag a lot and are in the same position as you.

ok so if your sitting next to her for instance, put your hand on the back of her head neck area (this will allow you to guide yourself for the beginning of kissing) lean in making sure to tilt your head slightly to one side so she'll tilt hers to the other side. don't' close your eyes too early so you can make sure the kiss lands and begins well. the first couple kisses should be small open mouthed pecs (no tongue ). then open your mouth a little more and slide you tongue in her mouth kinda feeling for hers to connect with yours. you don't' wanna just stick your tongue in her mouth and keep it there. bring it in and out as you kiss her and let her put hers in your mouth. you can kinda intertwine them. so when you've been doing this for a minute or so you can move you hand from the back of her neck to the side of her face and down the front of her throat (softly of course) this allows you access to the front of her so you can slide your hand down to her boobs. make sure that your on top of the shirt. you don't wanna make her uncomfortable and she'll move your hand or pull away if she doesn't want you touching her there. you can can touch them, softly at first and them more lightly squeeze and feel them with your full hand. and then just go from there! if she's not touching you take her hand and put it where you wanna be touched. go slow and explore her body and let her explore yours. no need to try and get laid on the first time you guys really make out. you want her to be comfortable and not regret anything you guys do. hope this helps!! good luck!
