She's stupid, or she's obsessed with feminism (but I repeat myself). Some women think that men are evil and everything they do is suspect. Don't waste your time trying to convince her otherwise. Actually, no matter the reason, this is probably a character flaw on her part. And if this really gets between you, it is ample reason to move on to better prospects. Good night!

Hmmm~ If you care for her and aren't afraid to tell her the truth, you should make her realize that fact is you don't ask anything of her-so she doesn't really have grounds to think you are taking advantage of her. If she cant see that she's got it easy/lucky to have a nice guy like you-she's blind. I used to date a guy who I did a LOT for, and sometimes I think he took me for granted (his friends even told him so)-if someone has to be told how to/that they should appreciate you, it's not worth your time.

That sounds like a pychological thing. If she's the independent type, maybe she doesnt want your help all like that. Instead of her appreciating what you do it's turning into her feeling dependent on you and maybe she doesnt like that. Just a hunch!
