By kicking his sorry self out of the house and moving on. Or you can forgive him and be prepared for a third time . If you really love him, please seek counseling, OK! I did not meant to be that crude, but that's how life is and you got to be strong. Good luck

This is an individual answer. My cheating husband is in the very next room playing video games while I am typing this, been married 27 years and he has cheated at the minimum 5 times. The last one we are currently dealing with, a 25 year fat whore from work. I have decided to seperate from him this time since the kids are now moved out and I have no reason to deal with his disrespect any longer. It was a personal choice. Of course he is again trying to change and I wish him luck but I am protecting me this time.

Its called: Divorce! A repeat offender has no intention of devloping the conscience or integrity to stop the behavior. You are being treated like a doormat and need to get some professional help. It'd be great if he'd go too, but even if he doesn't, you should. And then see the best divorce attorney you can afford!

Leave now...don't let your spouse continue controlling your life. Move on with your life and find someone that can appreciate and respect you. If a spouse cheats on you especially repeatedly they have no respect for you.

Time and leaving that person for good with no contact if at all possible. Do some soul searching for yourself and know you are better than that and deserve so much more.
Best Wishes

If you haven't done so, break up with this person, take some time for yourself, then in time, date again with no committments and just have fun!
All in that order!

time definetly helps but its all about your self esteem. you have to accept what happened and take it as a lesson learned. once you can do that then you can move forward and dont look back!
