O.k. Me and my husband have agreed to split. I am kinda leaning towards it more than him, but he knows he was wrong, so he accepts. We have been together for 9 years, we have 2 children together. we have only been married for a year. We got married on March 4th, 2006. So, my question is this, can we get an annulment? I have been told by a few people that because their are children involved, we cannot. We have to go through a divorce and family court. I dont want to do that to my kids. We both agree on visitations and child support. I have already gottn some money from him, and he has had plenty of visits with the kids. We are trying to keep this as simple as possible and quiet as possible...for the kids. I think they already know too much. But their 2, which really means nothing, cause they know hes gone and things are different, but I just want to keep it simple. I need advice.

I am 22 yrs old i just graduated from college and have been married for only 4 months.I have a son who is four years old from a prior relationship this was never really an issue till recent events.I have never told anyone who my sons biological father is and never thought it would come up.Unfortunatley it did come up last week while at a wedding run-through for one of my hubbys old friends from high school.The friend in question turned out to be my sons biological father even though he has no idea he only remebers me as an ex.gf.This was a nasty shock for me.I kept this from my ex.bf who was my first everything because my son was made while he had another gf.He is currently going to marry this same gf in 3 days.I told my hubby all the details because he new something as wrong anyway.He is extremely angry and feels my ex. should be told now ?how can i prevent him from opening his mouth?

The Girl is in year 9 and is 14 she is 15 in June, I am in the 1st year of college and am 17, 18 in November. I really like her a lot, I only know her over the internet and know there are restrictions on are relationship?, but to what extent and do you think its acceptable in society's and your eyes? I have always thought in most cases a girl 3 years below or older is usually acceptable and is obviously the lowest I would go age (14). I plan to meet her in the easter holidays, if all is well. Also what would her parents think, im worried so need your help people...

My ex dumped me a little over a month ago for more or less no reason. We were together 8 months. I've tried and tried to get over him- but no luck. I want to live my life to the fullest. I still see him everyday- some days he sorta talks to me- some days he doesn't. I wouldn't bother if it wasn't that no one else has ever made me feel this way...and for some reason or another, I don't think I'll ever give up on him...

Do I wait and tell him how I feel? Do I just stay miserable? What can I do? Because I can't just sit here....

Also- should I just let him go so he can be happy? Because I love him so much I suppose I could give him up...but then- how do I know if he's happy?

I am engaged and am going to take a marriage prep course because I have to. My fiance' and I get along great. We have known eachother for almost 9 years now, we were best friends for the past 5 years or so and have dated for the past 3 years. We live together and we work together. We run a restaurant & we run an ebay business together. We get along amazingly. We barely ever fight and when we do, its just over business related things and we always make up right away.
We are 100% in love, trust eachother 100% and we already live, act and feel like we are married.
I am sooo lucky, I know!
But whenever I say "marriage prep is gonna suck" or "this is gonna be a waste of my time" EVERYBODY jumps down my throat and accuses me of not taking marriage seriously enough.
Why do people act like you CAN'T have a happy marriage without marriage prep? How many marriages fail that do have pre-counseling!? Ya know!? Its insane!

I started all this dancing stuff only recently. I am a virgin at 35. I lost 10 years due to my illness. Now I met a girl ‘A’. A has now gone to another city and will be back soon. She says she will make every fantasy come true when she returns in 2 months but it has to be a temporary relationship. Shes 22, pretty. I am getting older. The best girls get married before 30. If I don’t get married now I may never get married. My parents want me to get married in 1 month to this plain looking girl B who is 33 yrs old. In India people are very conservative and arranged marriages are a norm and getting married at a old age is not easy. Should I marry B who I am not attracted to. Or should I have a blast with A knowing that it wont last. I may never get to marry anyone else because B may no longer be around. Should I risk being alone in the future for pleasure now.

Spoke to the girl to explain the situation and she said she would stop calling. Now my husband being my husband can talk anyone into anything so I know he told her all she wanted to hear and they have still been talking. I have decided to take my kids and move out and he informed me this morning that he would be moving in with her and her 3 year old. I am in total disbelief as I thought once he knew i was pregnant that it would have shook him into realising how important his family is, but alas it has not. Now the kids are going to have to meet her and however strong I am this is one thing I cannot get past. What should i do?

OK, divorced couple, only child, joint custody, new girlfriend for the dad. The mom seems to try to disrupt scheduling, etc. by leaving town, changing arrangements. The girlfriend wants the dad to "shut her down" by saying he can't take the child when the mom goes out of town on business. He tries to negotiate, but it's never forceful enough to suit the girlfriend. There's no one else around who can watch the child. What should the dad do?

I've been dating this really amazing girl for about 6 months. I love her to pieces and we have a really strong relationship. But in the past few weeks she has started to get really jealous when I flirt with/ or check out a guy (im bi, she is lesbian).
