How can I ask him is he cheating are should I let him tell me?

Smell his shirt...see if you smell perfume. Also, taking a shower the moment he gets home is a dead giveaway. Also, not paying attention to you is an indicator.

The hair starts standing up on the back of your neck when he acts or says certain things. He is not available when you call him. He breaks dates with you for no good reason. That's certainly tell tale signs of cheating. There are more obvious ones...he's somewhere else than where he says he is...he starts hanging around with new friends...he doesn't have time for you anymore etc.
BUT...if you saw him then he's a liar and a cheat so why wait for him to tell you. He might never tell you if he figures he's got the best of both worlds..you and her. Ask him and be prepared if he lies or if he tells you its true. You have to have a plan that you'll follow and not be totally caught up in your emotional response.
But...most of all remember you deserve better than what he's giving so.....dump him!

First off, if you see him cheating, you pretty well know at that point.
Second, just come out and ask him if he's cheating or not if you have that much cause to suspect him.

Well you need to know the signs of cheating:
distancing himself from you
lying
making excuses for absences
etc.
If you find him cheating - leave...there not worth it and once a cheater always a cheater!
If you have your suspicions, you can ask him, but don't expect a straight up answer

Cheaters always deny doing it. But once yo sure he is cheating, there should be no reason to stay with him. You hurt yourself by doing that

if he doesn't wanna have sex much, or touch you or kiss you a lot, then he's cheating because that's the only way his desires are being filled.

If he is cheating...
break up with him..

You can feel it...you just know. If he's acting different in a weird way towards you. If he's just acting this way with everyone, it might also mean trouble's with family, work, or something else.

Be sneaky to find out if he is cheating, and if you find out, then leave him.
