2. No armpit odor
3. Clean Hair (preferably of a flower smell)
4. no eye boogers
5. Nails need to be done
6. Clean house and room
7. Clean clothes

9. Legs and armpits shaved and smooth

The part that can be seen only by them is the most important. Aside from a reminder of Salton Sea breezes those little shreddings of tp they must use their finger nail to remove from their teeth or the multiple tui's needed to send it rocketing across the room is an area of concern. Scrupulous clean is the word for every day.

clean, fresh, they like perfumes and nails clean and polished. Hair and make up. Not too much make up you dont want to look like a clown. More natural. You dont want to look like you just stepped out of a magazine either some guys think that those kind of women are stuck up and need too many things to make them happy.

Clean hair, obvious but there are a lot of greasy haired ladies out there.
Girls should always smell good, at the very least smell of soap!
there is a theory that the better kempt a girls eyebrows are the better kempt their muffs are! closely trimmed and well shaped leave guys thinking that you keep your hygiene levels up.

You said two important one, but soft skin is not something everyone has, so don't stress as long as you are clean, especially in that particular place important to lovemaking.

Make sure you take care of your teeth, and of course fresh breath would not hurt either. Also a nice perfume nothing over the top please. Guys do not like girls/women that smell like the perfume counter at the mall.

Smell good... clean white teeth, smooth clean and clear skin. fresh breath, no snot in your nose. Just be clean basically. Its easy.

breath, hair, nails, and soft skin (especially the feet)
besides that, if you're still dating... clothes that flatter your figure, styling your hair and a fresh scent. I love the scent of a woman.
but that's my opinion.
