My gf told me a couple days ago she wants a baby. My baby and wow shock. I mean we are only 15 and 17 and the only reason why her parents dont have a problem with it is cuz her older sib is 19 and is dating a 16 year old. But the main think is with me is that we have been together on and off for over a year now. I don't know if I want to do this now in my life cuz these past couple of days my mind has went from yes lets have a baby to no no no lets wait till we both finish school and start off in the careers of our choice then see how we feel about having a baby. I don't get why she wants it now I know many of you have given me lots of answer but I am still confused cuz once I think about what all of you have said then no a baby is a bad thing right now and then when Im around her she gets me to change my mind. Whats going on with me? What should I do?

I have a girlfriend who has been married for almost 4 years, they have a 3 year old son and a sad marriage. Her husband works a lot of hours at work and she stays home with their son. There are times when he is at work for 2 days straight, when he comes home she is very happy to see him and so is their son, however when he gets home he acts like he cannot be bothered. He speaks to her with no respect and put everyone before her. He has told her that he works and pays the bills, so that is enough. He never wants to do anything family oriented. My husband and him are best friends so my husband is in an awkard position. My girlfriend calls and comes over crying all the time. I try to advise her, but bottom line is she doesn't want to give up on their marriage. She does love him and knows her son deserves a 2 parent home. She spends most weekend doing family things with my husband and myself and our son. What can she do to make her husband understand how close he is to losing his family?

so i was having a long distance relationship with my bf for a year and a half.

when i was away from him, he was confused once in a while for his feelings.

but everytime when we met again, we were just madly in love again, and he took care of me alot alot, gave me all his attention even his friends were around, very sweet and caring..

but when i'm back to my own country, he just doesnt know how to handle it and give me care... from time to time, he thought that he has just lost his love feelings for me, finally he broke up with me 3 weeks ago.

so im just wondering how important the "distance" is for this break-up. Does he lose feelings for me BECAUSE i'm far? Will his feelings be back if im close again? what's 'love' for guys? if he is in love with me when im near but loses feelings when im far, is it love? is this physical and face-to-face contacts so important for guys??? should i fly to see him now to have a last try?

I'm 26, and the man I'm dating is PERFECT FOR ME IN EVERY WAY....EXCEPT...his financial situation. I have a modest savings, a decent monthly salary, ($5000--I know, not that great, but better than nothing--for emergencies) and 15 grand in my 401 K (I've only been out of college for a few years.) He's 30, he lives from paycheck to paycheck and has no retirement/401 K/savings etc. A couple things: We are in love and have talked about moving in together, but we have agreed we should wait a year, until he is more financially stable. At this point, I'm cutting him some slack, bc he has been single for a while, and only has had to think of himself. I am not a gold-digger, but I am realistic. I pay for stuff more than half the time. I devote a lot of time, love, energy, etc to this relationship, in which, at this point, I am very happy. I never wanted to be with a man who is less financially stable
I just want to know if any females have been in this situation, and how things have worked ou

I've been dating this girl 4 6 months now and she keeps telling me that she has this rape fantasy she want to do with me. She wants me to break into her appartment and screw her while she is asleep.. I got her to email me and hand write me a note consenting to this to kinda cover my back. With that said would you go through with this?

The girl I'm interested in is just nine months younger so this doesn't apply to me. But I see a lot of questions about ridiculous age differences like twenty, thirty, or even forty years. Age isn't just a number to me. It's a rough sign of your development and experience, except in the rare case when you're extremely mature. I don't respect men who go out with girls half their ages and I certainly don't respect guys who go out with underage girls, even if nothing sexual is involved (and in more cases than you think, something sexual IS involved, like a fifteen-year-old girl I knew who had a boyfriend five years older and admitted to having 'heavy foreplay' with him a year earlier). Yes, sometimes women do tend to go out with younger guys, but that's a rarer trend, and women are rarely after sex the way men are.

I was playing a game with a group of people, one of which was a girl I liked. If we repeatedly chose the same thing, and thought each other's answer was correct (note that this game you're not supposed to know who answered what until the end) then does this add a level of intimacy. It does for me. What do you think?

They approach you, and you say politely: "Sorry, I am not interested".
And they say: "Why, weeeeeeeeee weeeeeeeeee weeeeeeeeee, let's go out, I like you..." and so on. You, again, say "no". But they never give up and whine and bother you until you say something really nasty to them.
Then they say something really nasty to you and depart.
Why can't they make it pleasant and just go when asked so politely?

Date: New Year's Eve 2007
Time: ceremony begins AFTER normal dinner hours
Attire: most likely cocktail attire
Invitations: roughly 75 people, no children for obvious reasons.
Reception: planning an upbeat party w/DJ. Serving alcohol and heavy hors d'oeuvres.

We have several conflicts:
1. Should we offer a "group babysitter"? Family and friends will be in from out of town and all staying at the same hotel where the ceremony/reception will be held. Some have small children.
2. Should we offer dinner instead of heavy hors d'oeuvres? The wedding would start late enough that serving a dinner seems inappropriate.
3. How late is too late to actually begin the ceremony, considering it's New Year's Eve?
4. What time should the bride/groom depart? Right after the ball drops, or around 1 am?
5. Should we officially end the party at, say, 2am? Or, let it run it's course?

I saw an answer on another question that got me thinking. Most guys especially younger Ones are good at expressing themselves or their feelings to someone they really like &/or aren't sure how she might feel. If girls or woman want guys to open up & especially if she says she's always honest & upfront also why then when a guy does admit feelings do they run & avoid the issue? If you dont want to hurt the friendship wouldnt running away hurt it just as much if not more because of the hurt & confusion as to the whole thing let alone the fact that he opened up & worst of all not knowing if you two are still friends or if you've decided that you cant be friends or what. Everyone gets rejected at some point some way or another it just seems cruel to avoid it & hope he gives up especially if you want to keep him as a friend.

I am 36 and we have been together 12 years. We have no kids together; however, I have a 16 yr old son that lives with us. We have a home together but when I talk about marriage, he doesn't give me a straight answer. I feel he will never marry me but it is something I really want. Am I wasting my time? PS He has not told me he has loved me for like 10 years. I don't say it because I don't want to make him feel uncomfortable. I am pathetic, I know...
