How about a personalized book? Kids love to hear their name in the storyline. Go to this website http://www.tlc-expressions.com They have lots of titles like Ballerina Princess, Little Mermaid, Beauty & the Beast, Scooby-Doo, Looney Tunes, Sports titles and so many more. Check it out - they're very reasonably priced, and make a wonderful & unique gift... Good Luck!

This depends on the individual. What does she tend to collect? Be aware of what she collects, then buy accordingly.
I have a little daughter and she was into Winnie The Pooh. I bought her a large, soft Winnie The Pooh from Disney and scored major Daddy points!

If she has trouble sleeping give her the pillow, if not get her the doll. That is, if she is feminine. If not the pillow again.

Some girls aren't so into dolls anymore. But they do like the "BRATZ DOLLS". All the kids that age think their cool.
