that depends on the situation, and i guess on how you will look at it.
one reason might be cultural. and a more practical one would be personal. i dont think there's anything wrong with living with parents as long as they're not taking advantage of their parents by just sitting around and doing nothing. at least by being useful in some way can ease the pressure of embarassment when others see it, especially how society tends to influence people to change.

Nope, actually moving out by the time youre 21 you arent financially ready.
You move out too early then you'll be back late.
If you can get out by the time youre 25 you are good to go.
Just dont stick around forever, and if you cause problems then you should do your parents a favor and get out as soon as you are capable of handling business on your own.

Not at all. My brother lived with my parents until he was 28 (which is pushing it, by the way). If your 30, jobless, and sit at home all day eating pizza and playing video games, not only are you a loser, but you need to move out of your parents' house. You're fine at home, though.

I imagine that you have your reasons. Its often cheaper, or you enjoy each other's company. Also why pay double rent when there is space and to spare and with people you trust and like to be with. Certainly not, assuming you do have mutual respect in the house and you don't treat your parents as your servants and also that they respect you enough not to treat you as though you still wear nappies.

I live on their lot, but in a different structure. I built myself an apartment so I could be near my sick dad. Other than that, no it simply isn't healthy.
Why don't you want to move out? Why don't you have a job? Are you sick or something? Is a loved one sick?
Good luck and G-d bless !!

well you more than likely can't have sex in the house, car sex is all you get, which doesn't seem mature, but with the price of housing these days, you could pay for a motel for sex a couple times a week with what you save. don't grow up until you have to, that responsibility crap is just that, crap, you become someones keeper. stay there until they kick you out or they die. then it becomes your house.

In this economy...NO. Not everyone can afford to pay rent. If they pay their share of the bills, then they are making their way the best they can. Don't criticize...
