Trust me if she likes you like you say she does you don't have to do anyting at all. If she has let you know that she's attracted to you then just sit back and wait. You even said yourself that she's into you and that you've been to her house a couple of times so just wait.
Or if you like just come out and tell her what it is you want from her. But if she likes sex like you said she does I hope that she's not the neighborhood whore or anything. Whatever /whenever it happens USE A CONDOM.
