i think that would be the ideal guy: a really nice and funny guy. because those are the characteristics that can definitely make any girl fall in love.
keep in mind that every girl has different preferences and it is just wise for guys to have a balance of a serious and funny side - to win over a girl they really admire. sincerity is the key.

Humor is nice---in its place--and well timed---conversation is always nice---learn to be a good talker and a good LISTENER. Never overdo anything--compliments, can be empty if they are words just spoken to hear some words---finding a man with a true sense of humor is nice---but sometimes it can mask nerves,saddness, and unhappiness---you need to learn how to spot it.
