We have known each other a year. I don't care about this stuff..but I just wonder if as someone close to him, I shd know this for knowledge sake? Not that I am curious, but he hasn't mentioned either. It'll be nice to know though, for information sake. But how to ask without sounding like I am prying, or materialistic, when I am not either. In the time we have known each other, I have been in 2 different jobs, and both times, on my own, I told him how much I am being paid. It just made me feel close to him to share this.

So if he hasn't shared, does it mean he doesn't want to?

Girls, here's the scenario:

You have been experiencing a great deal of pain lately. You have a breakdown and just lay in bed crying your heart out. Your boyfriend gets home and finds you lying in bed crying. He holds you in his arms, gives you advice, and literally kisses your tears away.

You break out crying very hard. This is the first time your boyfriend has ever seen you this way. He just can't hold it in. He can't bare seeing you this way. His eyes tear up. One of his tears falls on your face, and you notice it. He isn't weeping, but silently tearing.

1. What would you girls think if your boyfriend teared up a little bit because he couldn't bare to see and feel you suffering?

2. Would you think of him as less of a man? Would you view it was "weak"?

exactly a year ago, my FIANCEE went back to her home and met a guy and she swore nothing went on between them. but when she came back everything turned sour. i was forced to tell her to leave and tried everything to rectify our problems, but nothing from her side,she decided to begin relationship with the other guy and this hurt me (she even passed him the phone one night when i was pleading her!) . i moved on and took our son to my parents. 3 months ago, she began contacting my friends and asking them to help her get back with me. she realized the other guy was a player (even though everyone told her) and now she wants to come back, begging me, crying (the whole 9 yards). i decided to be in contact with her (for the sake of old times and also her father passed away last 3 weeks, and also because we have a 4 year old son together). she swears that she has realized her mistakes and will never hurt me again, all she is asking is to see me once again..
what should i do?

The other day, one of my best friends and I were in my bedroom having a "girl talk"... talking about our boyfriends and boy problems and college everything. She told me something very funny and it reminded me about something my bf told me about himself that was fricken hilarious, but it's something I shouldn't have shared with anybody (cuz it's kinda embaressing on his part). And come to find, BOTH of our bf's were outside my bedroom door listening to EVERYTHING... My bf heard what I told her, and said he didn't care, but I feel like a horrible person, because I know I would have been livid if I were him. It makes me sick to think that he trusts me enough to tell me his secrets, then I went and told one of my friends about one I thought was funny. I feel like ****, I almost want him to be mad at me, but he thinks its nothing and says he isnt at all mad about it. Should I just forget about it??

This kid, Steve, and I were "talking" and about to go out. We really like each other and everything. We went to the movies with my 2 friends and he told his best friend, who flipped out on him. Also, his best friends' parents' friends told him not to hang out with me or my friends anymore! Now hes mad at me for no reason. He still wants to hang out with me, but when we do he doesnt want anyone to know. I dont know what to do! Help me please!

We got married(after dating 2 yrs)six months ago, the week afterward he lost his job, three months later we lost our apartment.We've been living off my income and my credit cards-before I was married I had zero debt and now I have about...30,000? So-we moved(from CO to CT)in with my parents because i thought maybe he would have more luck out here finding a job.I was right, but after a week he got fired for being late 5 times. Now it's been 3 more mos (6 mos unemployment) and he is just happy as a clam, playing video games, and I totally blame him. I don't even want to look at him, forget about talk to him. I have told him that I feel resentment towards him for getting "accidentally on purpose" fired and I blame him for us still living here and he just blew up in my face. He is always trying to kiss me and snuggle and it makes me so angry. He's going to a job fair this week and is supposed to find a job. Even If he finds one I don't know if I'll be able to forgive him. What can I do?

She likes me, and I like her, but she's been going out with my best friend for the past few weeks! What can I do? We both love spending time with one another (often alone; nothing's happened, honest!), and sure as hell I don't wanna be the reason they break up, but damn, I really like her!

I am getting married in a church in my hometown. The drive to the church for guest will be anywhere from 2 hours to 5 mins depending on where they live. The church is in a small town and due to there not being any nice receptions sites the reception will be 40 mins away. I have looked for a church in the same town where the reception will be but either they don't do services for non members or it adds up to $600 in fees. Have you been to weddings like this and how do you think my guest will feel.


I'd also like to add that my fiance and I are not having the wedding where we live. The place we chose is in the middle of both our families and we have a longer drive than any of our guest. :)

Hi there,

My ex and I broke up over a month ago.(after being together for 3 yrs) I met this guy throu friend of mine, I found him on facebook and we started talking. We went for coffee one night...didn't really talked after that. He gave me a booty call (the same week) I accepted (I was lonely and ... wanted sex too) I feel kind of good because I got what I wanted,but at the same time I feel used. I don't wanna be a booty call, I want to be friends with benefits(so we can plan night out and stuff) The problem is, he spend over $200 that night(he's pretty well off),but I feel that he's not willing to pay so much $ just for sex and not gonna call me again. I need help in 1: getting over him,2: if he does call me(not a booty call) how can I bring up friends with benefits topic and don't look needy.
I need to get over my ex and this "relationship" with this guy really helps me (I want to keep this guy for some time)

why am i the least favored kid in the family?
every time i want to go visit my 24 year old sister i always get squeezed out of the plan so that i don't get to go.

one time my brother went to the mall with his friends and got his ears pierced and his hair died. when he came home my mom said she was proud of him for making grown up decisions. when i asked if i could do the same, my mom went ballistic. (it wouold be maybe a once in a year thing if I could go to the mall as a tag along...

I'm just tired of hearing my brothers and sisters hearing: "you did a good job." or, : " I'm so proud of you!"
as when i do the same thing i get into trouble. what should i do?

we have been dating for a year now!!
and we've been through so much.. jail,death,and major sickness together!!
and laghtly i cant go anywhere with out him getting majorly mad at me!!
Hes in trouble so he can never go....
Like just last weekend i went out with my friends and we where going to go to another town for shopping(it was kinda last minite) and i couldent go cause my boyfriend got really mad at me!!
so now all my friends are mad at me and think im picking him over them!!! ( wich i kinda iam but i dont know how to change it)
i feel really bad for both but i wont to have fun with my girls but still have my Bf!!
i Dont know what to do!!
He always getts what he wonts with us!! and i dont know how to get the power back!!

Now I'm in a nice relationship - well, it's not really a relationship, but I like it the way it is. But lately I've realized that even though I'm in a relationship, and I'm reluctant to cheat on the current boyfriend, I've been thinking about my latest ex more and more, almost as if I've never been able to get over him.

I don't like the feeling. Okay, so what if the ex is gorgeous, smart and what not. He broke it off, and there's no way he'll be wanting me back, I'm sure. I've always been able to cope with things like that and been able to get over break-ups quite fast.

Why not over this one? Even though I'm perfectly happy with my current fella? Why do I still have the feeling that I want him back?

I am getting worried about my relationship. My boyfriend was so stressed out about his job situation, he became distant and I took it personally. I thought he stopped caring about me but he did explain to me that he was very busy trying to sort out his job situation as he is very unhappy with his current job. I became needy and he got upset with me in the end. He said that he needs to concentrate and instead he had to worry about me and his job. So he told me to leave him alone these days. I have not contacted him since as I could see he got angry with me for being so needy but I worry now as I have not heard from him for the last 5 days? He told me that he will contact me to wait but I am getting scared?

I'm a single, 24 year old guy who is really lonely. I'm a good-looking guy, intelligent, articulate, and I'm ready to start dating and get into a committed relationship again. So i tell my ex that i am filing for child support and he says that i am "taking him to the cleaners". He doesn't understand why i can't just verbally set an amount with him instead of having it be deducted from his paycheck. So basically he thinks i am being mean and cruel by filing instead of just taking his word for it. I tried to explain to him that it counts for a lot of reasons (taxes, welfare, etc), but he just doesn't get it. Can someone help me on how to explain it to him that i am not being mean, but this is just what people do when they split up and they have kids? Isn't it law that i file?

It all started about over 3 months ago, I had a crush of this fit girl but rejected me twice which made me felt bad. And it's becuase of that which made me slapped her butt, soon her cousin and her sister came and threatened me which made it worse.

I've been sending her emails to forgive me, she replied back which made me thought she did. But when I saw her, she shouted out "Stupid man." That didn't land a blow at all, but I've sent a few more, first to find me so we can talk, the second to forget it and the third to go again.

But I didn't know that I was harrasing her then until my tutor told me that I was. Now everytime I pass by her or her friends, I just feel like crap.

Like as if I would want to cut myself to get rid of that problem. What can I do? How can I end this stupidness? How can I talk to her and start over if people are just gonna discourage me? I need help lads and lasses.

I have liked this guy from school for a little while now and he definitely knows it. We always catch each other looking at the other person and we always seem to end up in the same places. We've said "hey" a couple of times. On the bus I've heard him and his friends mention my name and the other day I ended up in a seat right in front of him. And his friend also noticed this and went, "Aww look" (and then called him by his nickname to get him to see who it was.) I had a friend ask him if he'd responded to a note i had given him, and he said, "I'd rather just talk to her." so I took that as a sign that he would actually say something( because we are both unusually shy around each other--but completely outgoing around our own groups of friends). I had thought about just catching him after lunch one day and asking like, "How are you" or "What's up?" because I really would like to talk to him...Is this a good place to try to start?

This is a silly instance of puppy love. But it was my first love. 7 years ago in high school. I now live in a different state but he's still always on my mind and I can't completley forget about him because his mom is my mom's best friend.
