ok so my boyfriend asked me to prom. i never went to my prom because i was never into the whole dancing thing. i dont regret it at all. the thing is i kno he wants to go to his n its comin up. he is 2 yrs younger than me. i wont know anyone there n im nervous as hell to go wit my bf. can u please advise me on wat to do? i cant dance n im too self conscious to go wit him n dance cuz i dunno wat to expect. wat is prom like? wat do u do at prom? wat kind of dances are done at prom n wat dances shud i learn to do to get me ready for the prom? how shud i get more comfortable wit my bf wit dancing and how shud i learn to dance? please help me on wat to do n wat to expect. im so scared!!

Me and my boyfriend are approaching our one year anniversary in about a month & I want to do something special with him.. whether it's something extravagant or a night cuddled up watching a movie!

** MY QUESTION is more of a survey -- for those of you who have been in a relationship that reached that 1 year mark, what did you do to celebrate? Did your guy plan something romantic and sweep you off your feet? Was it a joint effort and you both planned out your special date? Was it just another night together? Or did expect one thing from your significant other but got something way different? Good/bad.. share your experiences!! Guys' welcome too.

I got out of a long relationship with a girlfreind about a month ago. We hadn't spoken since, but one night last week she drunk dials me. I happened to be coming back from a party with plenty of booze so I was buzzed myself. She invites herself to my place and we hook up. Now she feels stupid. I don't know how the hell to take all this. Was this just a random hookup with an ex or does she still have feelings? Is this her way of saying she's changed? Or should I just let it go?

Here are some clues of why i feel my b/f is cheating:
1. open C***** wrapper on the fall said he used it for something im too ashamed of even saying

2.lived with 2 female roomies one was known for getting around with EVERYONE!! and doing EVERYTHING

3. Has this couple as friends and when the boyfriend goes out of town my b/f made it his business to go to the girlfriends house with him not being there(their behavior together is weird to very werid)

4. has a past of cheating on his ex g/f claims he was totally wasted and dumb then and wouldnt do it again he cheated when he was 23

Hi, i am a school student. I have straight A's in school, am part of some school organizations and got almost a 2000 when I first took the PSAT and above a 1900 when I took a practice SAT. After I come home from school I start studying at around 5 pm and go all the way to around 12 am or 1 am or 2 am. However, my parents are still not satisfied. EVerytime I do something for fun they say "You're not studying". My Dad says its not the total score for the SAT that counts and that although my essays are good so I get most points from them I need to work REAL hard on my critical reading and math section. But I tell him, I DO work alot, most of my friends got REALLY low when they first took the SAT and I've got to work little to bring it a little up. But still they say "You dont work hard enough." I love music and play guitar in local concerts on weekends. They hint for me to give it up. I dont understand. I tried to tell them but they dont either. What should I do?

even when we have proof..i told my guy that i know that he was sleeping with a girl during the time we was together..and that he texted her around christmas telling her that he wanted to sleep with her..he told me that he knows her but he havent spoken to her in years..i saw the text and heard the voicemail she left him..and i had my girlfriend call him and pretended to be the girl friend and act like she wanted a piece of him too..and he admit to my friend that he sent the girl a text message but still he is lying to me knowing how much that shi t hurts me..he tells me that he loves me and wants to be with me..but still i CAN NOT forget..what am i to do...

I like this guy, but I'm not sure if he likes me. He's showing mixed signals which is really confusing. He talks to me all the time in class (even after the teacher gives him vicious glares), he talks sweetly (note:he turns around to talk to me not the other way around), he is always trying to be funny around me. One day we were supposed to be sitting and reading and he would make eye contact with me and do silly things to make me laugh even though we were supposed to be reading. One day though he sent me an IM saying "u suk" and he says he said that because I got him into trouble by always talking to him when it's usually him talking to me and he acted weird then started talking to me again when we were back at school. (Note: I only have his IM because we had to work on a group project together with about 4 other people). HELP!! What does all this mean????

I'm considering deactivating from my sorority. I love most of the girls, and if they had not been around, I probably wouldn't be alive right now. Some of my best friends are members. It's just that my mom is trying to convince me to deactivate because of money issues. I do have a few slight issues, but they aren't bad, and I can work through those. It would be nice to not have to worry about what type of meeting it is, though, and not have to worry about being good enough (i'm not talking the normal good enough, i'm talking about grades and stuff). I don't know. I know right now I'm on special status because I'm less than full time. Because of that I can't even participate. I'd feel horrible leaving my mom (big sis) all alone because her other dot (lil sis) transfered last year. I know this is a decision that I should make, but I'm really split.

Straight and simple...I messed up the relationship, and he tried his hardest to piece it back together, I wanted more time, and within one monthI find out hes engaged to his ex girlfriend... I have so much hate for my soon to be ex-husband. he said and did so many terrible things. i feel like he basically used me. I gave him everything! he has cheated and lied and abandoned his family. i just had a baby!

Okay, sounds weird, I know. I just wish he would have a backbone. I wish he would take charge in some areas. I feel like I'm in charge of everything, and it is too much. I think he feels he can't....

We've tried talking. I've tried to speak with him gently about specific instances where I hoped he would help. I'm afraid that he just feels like I'm telling him he's doing something wrong, no matter how gently I say it. And then he doesn't do it.

I'm nice about it, and we get along well. I don't nag or anything like that, but he seems to be sensitive in this area. What can I do or say without offending him?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
