as far as the ugly thing goes just tell her thats okay you are the one dating him not her and turn it around on her by telling her you think she is jealous. Especially bring up the jealousy thing to her if she can't give you specifics on why she thinks he is cheating.
But you do need to look into this cheating thing a bit more carefully with out letting it affect your relationship with your guy.

Well the last opinion about physical attraction you should take is from others. Beauty lies within the eyes of the beholder...so the most important thing is that YOU think ur boy is hot....who gives a **** about what others think. Don't let it bug ya...maybe she's just jealous......
