Talk with her about herself… don’t mention your career, past accomplishments, etc. If she’s interested in your accomplishments she will ask about them. Really listen to what she has to say and ask light questions about her life. If she seems shy help her ease out of her shell by simple questions about what she enjoys, etc. If you’re truly interested in this woman keep the conversation light and about her… women love to be flattered, so show you genuinely care by listening to her, performing small gestures of kindness, giving her at least one compliment throughout the night, etc. And, if after your date you have a nice time, tell her what you thought about it and leave it at that. Call her within the next couple of days to ask her out again, so you don’t seem desperate but interested enough.
If this doesn’t seem to be your normal self… go with the flow of the date, your thoughtless actions will work out for the best, don’t over think any action and have fun!

First things first, avoid the movie theater at all costs. It's very impresonal and you won't have an opportunity to talk and get to know each other. With that in mind, here are some good ideas for your first date:

Miniature Golf

Bowling

Coffee Date

Museum

Picnic

talk about latest movies, songs, prevoius jobs, family, travelling, working for 'insert company name here!', childhood memories, the party where you two met, sports.. talk to her about anything but they always say dont go into poli.tics, religion and previous relationships!! its fine to be nervous but once you start the date you will know what to say. just try to stay calm and confident (not too confident!) as chicks really dig a guy with confidence.. look i think if anything you'll have a great time, shes the one who said yes in going on date so she must want to give you a try too, get to know you more, so shes in the same boat as you, and probably more nervous! especially on what to wear! y ou dont mention where youre taking her? i assume probably out for dinner.. take her somewhere nice, not too cheap, but not too expensive, although rumour is chicks like rich men, they also like down to earth guys who dont just waste their cash.. and if your not mr millionaire and you two do have a relationship, im sure shes going to find out you cant afford to take her to posh restaurants all the time. women want genuine men, bit of humour, casual, smart and respectful. be honest with her upfront. good luck, and remember if it doenst work out, there will be other women who would date you for sure =)

Get to know her. Be real with her. Take her somewhere Private if she is that type of person. If she likes clubs take her there but don't go no where you are unconformable. If you are not ready for another serious relationship let her know. If you don't this could ruin everything between you. Have Fun don't pretend to be anything that you are not!
