She likes me, and I like her, but she's been going out with my best friend for the past few weeks! What can I do? We both love spending time with one another (often alone; nothing's happened, honest!), and sure as hell I don't wanna be the reason they break up, but damn, I really like her!

...and the worst thing is, he kinda did this to me a few years back; he started seeing this girl i was going out with, and we didn't speak for about a year. if anything did happen, some people might see it as a revenge attack...

Eventually she'll figure out on her own that maybe what makes her the most happy is YOU- but it has to be on her own terms to break up with your friend. It will eat away at her, I'm sure, and eventually she'll see what she really wants. but dont ever let a girl between you and your best friend, because girls come and go, but you guys will always be friends

you said it in the first line.. shes your BEST FRIENDS GIRL. how many girls have you gone through in your life? and how many best friends have you had? exactly. bros before hoes! look, if she really liked you as much as you think, she would break up with her boyfriend and be with you.. but she hasnt, shes still by her boyfriends side while 'spending time with you, often alone'.. how would you feel if she was your girlfriend and you knew she had a past of spending time ALONE with other guys.. how would you feel if you broke ur mates relationship up and he turned his back on you and then the girl didnt work out with you either.. maybe you should think about it from your mates point of view, how he would feel im sure you have known him longer than you have known this flousey so let them have the chance to try it out im pretty sure shes just loving the attention..

just leave it alone man that's the worst kind of betrayal. i've been in that situation once right where you are and it turned out really sad because i made the wrong choice. there's a ton of girls out there that are recently single and have been single for a while. I think if you really look at the situation you'll find it isn't worth losing a friend over.

I'd play cool and lay low. I mean they could break up over any number of reasons anytime. And its not worth loosing a best friend over.

If you and her was liked each other then you should have gotten together but you didn't. so you should move on and find someone else. i mean do you really want to do the same thing your friend did to you and your girl?

look talk to her let her know how you feel. maybe she will see something in you that she does not like in her other bf. you know you might have a chance. and another thing talk to your friend. he might not like her that much anymore you never know.
