How true is this? I don't understand why people say this. I'm a guy, and if I stop looking does that mean a girl will just come in to my life? Am I not supposed to be proactive and looking for someone. If looking makes you seem desperate, then how to stop looking desperate?

Yesterday i was on the way home from work, wen i called home to see if my hubby is fetching me from the bus-stop but was shocked that he was Sleeping!! i came home and was so furious! He have been actuali sleeping all day and never even thought of picking me up from the bus-stop..
I told him how i felt and he jst gave some kind of excuse.. Later we showered together and everthing was fine and over..
But now i am work and my mind is asking me the meaning of the attitude he showed me yesterday..
Is he bored of doing all this mushy stuffs??
OR he jst didn't bother.. (Onli bothered wen we were dating, now NO??) I dunno... pls clear my stupid doubt plsss..

i have a younger sister who is clearly favoured by my mum, my mum shows more affection and love towards her all my life, all i got was physically and emotional abuse, my mum beat me so bad i had to go to the hopsital, whereis my sister was never touched. also my mum publicly compare me to my sister 'only if you like you sister', or 'i'd rather have your sistre any time'. I've moved out of home long ago ,but it still hurts sometime, my sister knows she is favoured, my mum has also given her a house, but she said i have to 'earn' the house by being a good daughter.

This girl and I had a little, you may called it confrontation. She seems not to trust me with her problems, even though I trust her with mine. I really want her to talk to me about them, she says she doesnt trust anyone with her problems. I think sometimes opening to people and letting them know what's going on, can make for the problems to not drown you so much in dispair. I can't sleep with the thought of making her sad or angry, so I decided to message her while she was offline. This does sound good?

My boyfriend doesnt know God and says that he hates him and for all he knows there may not even be a God. Growning up, being a christian was very important and i was taught to marry a christian and i dont believe in pre-marital sex. My boyfriend respects the pre-martal sex part but he just thinks I'm crazy that I have to marry a christian. He doesnt understand how that can be important when it comes to marrying someone. I usally answer questions,but tonight i was thinking. My brother died over 20 years ago and my mom just ten years ago my dad 13 years ago and all my aunts and uncles over the years.. My grandparents when i was young..All these years I have been busy and working to strive and morn them and missed them but in the last year I have dreamed about them more and miss them more than I ever have.When I go to my hometown its like going to a place not really home.Its like my whole childhood has disappeared in front of my eyes.All the memories and the people that made them are gone now and it seems like im lost.Although I have a family and a home and a place.I just don''t know why it took me so long to realize my childhood is gone forever..It just seems strange..

My best friend has been dating a guy for over a year, right now he's in between jobs and she's working, he says he's looking but I dont think he's putting in much work trying to look for a new job. Last year Feb, he ask to borrow $300, to this day he hasn't giving it back, since then every now and then he'll ask for 10-$20, that nothing much, but when that accumulates, that's money. Anyway, Financially, he's not bringing anything to the table and as the Man, you should even been in the situation, but here's the thing, I know for a fact, even if she dosen't feel the same way about him, I know that HE is madly in love with her and he would do just about anything for her. I honestly think he would take a bullet for her. She ask my opinion on whether she should end it. Because she feels like she's in a Junior H.S relationship and I understand her, an adult relationship can't just be based on feelings alone. If there is a future here, they need some financial stability on BOTH parts.

I have been married for over 22 years. Since 1998, we stopped being intimate and we became separated, but still living at home. We agreed that I would stay to take care of him since he became an inhome care patient. Now he's been in a home on a ventilator and feeding tube for a year. I am so lonely and want out of this situation. I have never been in love with him, but I don't want to hurt him, or look like the "bad guy". How how can I get myself out of this mess ?
