Hi im 15 years old and Ive been getting close with this girl for 3 weeks now..I was wonderin..Is it enough time to give her a little peck on the chick and start putting my arms around her while walking??

Depends on her. Do you think she'll take it okay or is she conservative? I would advise take more time to gain her trust. And if you do gain her trust, keep it. Try to get to know her much better first and keep your hands off each other for the moment because it could ruin your interest on each other if you start being physical too early. you can enjoy each other's company doing many other things.

Why not? If she isn't into that, you will know right away.Better to know where you stand.And if she is attracted to you in the way you are attracted to her. I hope that helps!
