I am married now for three years. We are having a great marriage.
So… everything is going smooth except for one thing that we keep fighting about.
I am a very private woman and I love to keep our life for us alone. I don’t discuss my marriage or my issues with my friend or family. My husband understood me and we agreed that this how it should be. Our life is our business not others.
My husband’s brother lives in the same town we live in. My husband adores his brother and they must meet 2-3 times a week. Plus, they have to talk on the phone every single night for an hour or so. I am ok with that. My husband loves his oldest brother and he want to stay on contact.
Fine…. My problem is that: my husband tells his brother everything about me too. My plans, project, illness, friends, family .. etc. His brother tells his friends about me too. I talked to my husband 100 times and we had fights over it. He always promise me that he will stop it but he never do.
help pls

I am madly in love with my boyfriend and I know that he has got to know that because every time I take something the wrong way from him, I burst out into tears and can't control it. It is almost like he wants to fight just to make me cry, but then he gets really sympathetic and says that he hates to see me cry and wants to know what he did wrong. I always say, "you said what you said to get some kind of reaction from me, what do you expect me to do." Then I would ask him if he cares about me and he gets mad and says it was a stupid question and says that I need to stop making a big deal out of nothing and I do not know what to do . HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It really upsets me how whenever I confront my boyfriend about an issue, he gives me lame, untruthful excuses to support his argument. His main objective is to win the argument, not resolve it. How can I get him to stop doing this? What could have been a minor disagreement always blows up into an intense fight. I get even more upset when I know he's lying to me.

Gone out on 5 or 6 dates with a guy. Spent the night at each others home (1 time each), NO SEX, even showered together ;).

We went on a date on Saturday night and at the end of the date we both talked about our week being pretty empty. I did say to him on the date that he was difficult to read and he simply said "I know." We did part pleasantly. The following evening (Sunday night) instead of texting him to thank him for a good evening (which one of us has done after every date) I called him to say thank you in person because I kept erasing my darn texts before sending. I also asked what his week looked like because mine was unexpectedly filling up quickly. He said he needed to check his work schedule then stated to me that he would call tomorrow and we would talk. NO CALL no nothing. I'm so dumbfounded. Did I just scare him off?

We have been together 6 years and she became un happy when we hang out and doesn't know why. She wants time away from me and hopes it will make her feel better. She says she has no idea whats making her unhappy but when where apart she misses me but when we are together their is a problem. Did and women ever experience anything similar to this and go back to that guy or is it pretty much over?

he says the caller id screen is too small to see who is calling, so he checks his cell phone first and then calls me back. I am the only one that calls him anyways...
I think he is hiding something, for example, he doesn't want the phone number to show up on the statement in call details so he is screening all incoming calls? ? Am I correct? Any detective ideas?

My husband and I debate all of the time about the fact that he thinks that I am too pushy. I wouldn't say that I am pushy, but I am persistent. He is very laid back and I am very much a busy body. Before he even has a chance to initiate anything I am already all over it. I don't purposely do that, but I feel that if I want something done and want an answer right away it is important that I take the lead. His words is "he is not going to wear the dress" in the marriage. I feel that is somewhat chauvinistic, but according to the Bible the woman is the lesser vessel and the man is to be the head of household.

My husband believes that in a marriage the man is supposed to make all important decisions. He feels as if the husband should talk it over with the wife and take her opinion into full consideration, but the final decision should be made by the husband. In a way I have a problem with that. Ladies, are you submissive to your husband - in a good way that is?

My bestfriend told me recently that her boyfriend always wants sex everytime he sees her cyring (from fighting, bad day, etc).

Everytime she cries ... her boyfriend started to have sex with her, sometime even if she doesn't want to and even when she's still crying.

He said because she seems so vulnerable when she cries and he wants to take advantage of her ...

Is this like "normal"? I personally think it's sick ...
I told her that maybe she needs to re-think about the whole relationship.
They've been together for a few years now and everything seems okay other than this ...

She's my best friend, I don't want her to get hurt ...
What do you guys think? Am I over-reacting?

There are several studies in mice (i.e. leptoprin study) that found that mice who were obese lacked certain hormone (s) in the blood stream. Do you think obesity is a choice, or do you think that science hasn't caught up with what the real problem is in obesity (molecular/genetic malfunction). Do you think people "want" to be obese by overeating daily?

BACKGROUND: Before an insulin deficiency was detected, many American and other physicians blamed the diabetic for the rise in blood glucose. What we know of today as "diabetes" is actually a lack in the production of insulin and/or insulin resistance at the cellular level. However, prior to this knowledge diabetics were told to eat less sugar, and blamed for their disease (even thought of as possessed with demons!). Is our country steeped in the tradition of blaming the victim, or is blaming the victim a temporary way to "cope" with what science and knowledge hasn't caught up with yet?

Ok this is a long story but I will try to make it short and sweet. There is this guy that I know that is always staring at me and he doesn't mind if I catch him. I have known the guy for a couple of years and have talked to him a hand full of times. Everytime we have talked he is friendly and tries to carry on a conversation. The thing is I am married and he knows it. I just got married a few months ago, and when we first met I was dating my husband. Whenever we have talked most of the time he asks about my husband. Not long ago I went out with some family and friends and he went also (my husband was not there). He sat right in front of me when there were plenty of chairs anywhere else, and I just happened to look at him because he is sitting directly in front of me and he looked at me straight in the eyes so I smiled at him just to be nice. This guy just kept eye contact until finally I turned my head. What is the deal with this guy? Does this guy like me or think I am weird?

My friend is visiting from Cananda and we planned on going to Miami on saturday for the day, then i realized it's superbowl sunday! i don't want to go because the traffic will be a nightmare..(we live in Naples less than 2 hours away normally)
everything will be packed and crowded and more expensive.
i know she will be disapointed..she is already carring on about the fact that my boyfriend lives with me or we live with eachother, and she wanted a girls trip! I feel like not going to miami will sour the experiance of this trip when she complains about it...what shall i tell her or what can we do instead?? PS i just got my car back after a bad accident i couldn't take it having the tiniest scratch right now...and also she wants my bf to say home...i dont' want to go to miami alone on superbowl weekend or any weekend for that matter. Thank you very much for all answers!
cheers!,

My husband is constantly suspicious that I am running around behind his back cheating on him. He calls me on my cell several times a day just to ask where I'm at. He looks at all of my text messages, snoops in my purse, and asks me 100 questions if I go out anywhere without him. I've done NOTHING to make him suspicious. This has been going on the the past several months, and it's starting to get worse. He has asked me several times if there is someone else, even though I keep reassuring him there isn't.

What should I do? Leave him or what??? I am at the end of my rope. I feel like I'm being stalked by my own husband!!

She seems really confused because this guy keeps wanting to his feelings to her. She keeps accepting, and he keeps saying that he likes her a lot but thinks they should be friends. He thinks they have "different paths in life". She tells me and everyone that she does not like him, but I caught her playing footsie and talking to him about marriage beliefs and such. Is she waiting for him or something? I cannot help her unless I know what is going on!

I have a decent relationship with my late husband's siblings. Closer now then before. My relationship with his mom especially is 'strained' since his death. She has never made me feel that she aknowledged mine and my children's loss because 'he was her son'. My Fiance is accepting of them and I think they are trying to accept him but in the beginning my late husband's mother was pretty upset about me even dating. It has been over 4 years since my husband died. I have 2 small children. I am afraid she will make a scene or the focus will go to her(being sad) on my wedding day.
