My bestfriend told me recently that her boyfriend always wants sex everytime he sees her cyring (from fighting, bad day, etc).
Everytime she cries ... her boyfriend started to have sex with her, sometime even if she doesn't want to and even when she's still crying.
He said because she seems so vulnerable when she cries and he wants to take advantage of her ...
Is this like "normal"? I personally think it's sick ...
I told her that maybe she needs to re-think about the whole relationship.
They've been together for a few years now and everything seems okay other than this ...
She's my best friend, I don't want her to get hurt ...
What do you guys think? Am I over-reacting?

There are two things this could be. One is that he sees her vulnerable and this is the only way he knows to show her that he is strong enough to take care of her. Or it could mean that he preys on vulnerbility. Either way it's up to your friend to tell him that she isn't comfortable having sex when she is upset.

That is the reason. It's probably because she seems more 'feminine' when she's crying. And that turns on his 'masculine' side more. Although it seems kinda twisted, that is the way things seems to work with this couple.

I'm a woman and I think its creepy. If your girlfriend is upset by it, as I would be, I'd leave. Taking advantage of someone when they are vulnerable, being turned on by tears, is not normal, especially if she doesn't want to. No means no, even if its your boyfriend and his behavior is....well...creepy

That is pretty sick, a lot sick actually, but it can just be a weird fetish, and thats between them. A lot of people like weird things in the bedroom but thats between them.

I don't think it's very normal.. he doesn't sound like he cares about her at all.. and for your info (and hers), she was definitely raped by him... she needs to get rid of him before she gets hurt even worse.
