I want to ask this girl out but i don't know how. i don't know what to say or do in front of her and her friends. i'm scared she is going to ignore me or just walk away. since she doesn't know me.she has seen me because she was in my pe class. my friend knows her but i don't want to ask him about her because i want to doit by my self. please tell me waht to say or do in front of her. please i need your help.

I have been engaged to my fiance for over a year but we have been together for 4 years, we have broken up and went our seperate ways 2 or 3 times, but always managed to get back together. I just recently set a date and told my whole family, and friends. But just recently I met this amazing guy, who seems almost prefect for me, its making me crazy! He seems to have all the qualities I want in a man, the qualities my fiance doesn't seem to have at all. I don't know what to do, I think about this other guy a lot, and even see our future to be better than it would be if I married my fiance. Any advice?!

I have been with my guy for 1 1/2 years...he has never bought me anything..as far as clothing or shoes...he always tell me when the time is right or I got you....he doesnt have to spend his entire paycheck on me but damn just a little something would be nice...i on the other hand treats him very well..buy whatever he needs....for valentines day i was going to buy him a nice roca wear shirt..or eddie bauer colonge that he likes..i love to treat my man good..i mean he is a good guy but he just refuses to spend on me....like mary J blige song..fellas if you have a good woman..dont you want to make sure she stay fly....spend every dollar every dime....am i wrong for wanting him to buy me things....not all the time but once in awhile....

My husband and I have joint custody of our 11 yo daughter, him being primary provider. He tells me he wants to move 6 states away with her, of course I don't want this to happen. Lawyers want an insane amount of money just to talk about my rights. Where can I found out my rights in a situation like this? Im from Georgia, USA if that helps. i go to uni part time and there is a guy there who likes me. The thing is i am repulsed by him, i know that sounds unkind but he creeps me out big time. I'm the type of person who likes everyone- but he really tries me out!

I started talking to him because he gets stage fright and i was helping him with it-changing the way he thinks about why he goes on stage etc, and its gone on from there.

At first it was ok, we'd chat on msn about the course, and then he started to come on a bit too strong. i've told him quite bluntly that i am not interested in him, but he really lives in his own world.

In his world:

We are going to go on holiday together, we are going to see a show in london and we will be sharing a hotel room, i am going to become a famous actress and in turn will give him parts in movies and the delusional list goes on.

At no point have i encouraged him but now it's getting too much. i am almost at the point of telling him i am a lesbian just to get him off my back.

Help!

I am in a serious relationship with a girl and we are having trouble with being so far away. We both went to college together and then moved back home and continued our relationship. It's been 3 years since and she lives about 2.5 hours away. Our issue is not one of trust that you normally see in these relationships, it is life situations. Her father has an illness and is in a permanent care home. She does not want to move to where I live because she feels like that would be abandoning her dad and her mother, who is obviously having a tough time. I understand this. However, I cannot move down until September because of career issues, I just got a raise and would hurt my career by bailing now. Plus there are no jobs where she is. We are stuck apart!

We've tried to just be patient, but we are tired of this and she is getting lonely. All of our friends are near where I live, that was the plan to move in together, but her dad's situation has really made things hard. Suggestions?

.....having gone through this terrible ordeal?

I teach in a university and this young lady has decided to express what has happened to her after 16yrs of complete silence. I did my best to listen to her sincerely, let her speak without me interrupting. I emphasized over and over that it wasn't her fault. And I referred her to a local counseling service that deals with surviors of this experience. Anything else I can do? I feel like I'm missing something. I'm very proud of this person for having the strength to fight back and regain her life.

Well last night he said he would need to go to the bank again. We drove and I said I would wait with the baby in the car...he went in (bank is in the grocery store) and I immediately followed him, carrying our baby son with me! I followed him as he walked around the store and grabbed a loaf of bread. He didn’t even go anywhere near the bank. Then he walked out to the parking lot and then my phone was ringing a few minutes later. I told him I was inside buying diapers. He came in completely angry and out of character and grabbed his bag from me (I didn’t want to leave his laptop in the car) and walked off! He wouldn’t talk on the drive home. I asked him what the bank said and he told me the line was too long and he didn’t want to wait. But there was not a soul in line and about four tellers when I went by! Why is he continuously lying about this? It is bizarre.

37 and never married before. My wife of 5 yrs has been lying and stealing from me (family) since the first month of marriage The only way she will admit this behavior is if I catch her red handed and even then she denies it or she will admit it, then, will deny it the next time like it never happened thus causing more problems. I think if I just turn a blind eye all will be good (to her). I’ve done that on too much stuff. She can be a sweet heart in many ways (as my family & friends see her)& I think I still love her. I have taken on her two children from her other two marriages as my own. Private school, vacations homework etc..She has been diagnose w/depression (as her mother and her daughter (my step daughter) been to counseling, doctors, medications etc…her behavior has changed very little if not at all. She is aware of her lies and stealing but it only changes how she goes about continuing it. IE abuses my credit cards and then throws away my statements ((so I don’t see them) (&other bills/mail to make it look like the post offices fault). Now hides incoming checks (Lots of this stuff). Counselor #2, Pastor w/ counseling degree, recommended a book titled Adult Children of Alcoholics, applies also to dysfunction raised children that revere to abnormal behavior because that is familiar to them. Pastor gave both of us (many sessions) things to work on I did mine, she actual went in the opposite direction. I don’t think she has cheated on me but I’ve been floored before. Do I need to end it?

exams for me started at 9:30 i woke up at 8:30 and got ready by 9:20 (it only takes five minutes to gte to my school. ) my mom was supposed to drop me off. and i went outside at 9:20 and my mom left and i was locked out the house so i to keep my self warm i jumped on the trampoline and when my mom came back she yelled at me and said it was my fault when i told her to drop me off at school and i would be ready at 9:20 and i was. and i missed the exam and my stupid dad told my grandmother which she yelled at me because she thought it was my fault. and then my mom tried to twist it and make it my fault. so now my grandmothers blood pressure is high! and that makes me upset and cry because i love her so much. i hate my parents
