Well, here's the truth: if she likes you, you don't need to do anything except smile, talk to her, and EXPRESS HOW YOU FEEL in some form or another (if she likes you, she will love it...trust me). If she doesn't like you, it doesn't matter what you do. Nothing will work. You can be nice to her/befriend her and do all the above (except telling her how you feel) until, over time, she changes her mind. But truthfully, I think a lot of women (or at least I) develop feelings for someone because there is just something they find special about the person. Doing something won't change how they feel (unless she already likes you and you turn her off by doing something mean or ignoring her). Sorry, there's nothing you can do except get to know her and gauge if she likes you.

don't be too keen, i'm not saying to play games but in my experience when a guy starts to act cooler towards me it drives me mad! in a good way! I got with my boyfriend by playing it slightly hard to get too. contrary to popular belief girls don't just like the bad guys, you can be sweet and caring, but by being too keen you might push her away.
show her you're interested in a clever ingenious way, think about what she likes etc. you could do something that makes her intrigued to get to know you more.

U should give her a bunch of red flowers, just normally say "I luv U" . Valentines day is coming, it will be a great opportunity for u. Just tell her watever cums in ur mind.

Never try to pretend to be someone else, if u try to catch or impress someone coz pretending, it is not true Love.

Be kind, considerate of her feelings, pay attention to her likes and dislikes. Show an interest in her interest. Be honest and thoughtful.
